What an indescribable experience!!! The worst communication you could ever encounter in your life!! First: This is not a real hotel!! There’s no reception! There’s no proper entrance like you’d expect in a typical hotel!! So, the first time you arrive, you’ll have to contact them a million times just to get them to open the door for you!! I had arranged to arrive an hour before the check-in time, and when I got there, no one responded, and there wasn’t even a bell!!!! I left to a nearby place and returned to wait for someone to finally open the door! When they did open the door, there were several other people like me waiting to check in, and I was finally sent to my room. Second: Their communication is extremely poor!! During check-in, the employee told me that if I needed anything, I should contact them via Booking or WhatsApp. Fine, no problem… But when I reached out, no one responded!!! I contacted them because the toilet wasn’t working, and again, no one replied!! I reached out asking for a new towel because the one I had was torn (as you can see in the picture), and still, no one answered!! Note: Yes, their rating is great, but keep in mind that it’s a new property, so everything seems perfect… In a while, I’m sure their rating will drop because right now, they are new, and unfortunately, all these problems exist. What will happen after more guests stay here???
