The Edelweiss was just what I needed. Trickling water and music and fresh air as I arrived. Good vibes! The receptionist, Nicolas, was helpful before and during my stay. I only speak English and he does too and he gave me some helpful tips for navigating the city. I stay on the top floor with a private balcony which was nice. The street is quiet at night but only one block away from a busier street, Manuel Montt, with bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed this location.

Edelweiss has a very welcoming and helpful staff. We could change our booking without any trouble, they stored our (big!) suitcases for a week and we ended up staying an extra night. The hostel is clean, with very good beds and the lounge is nicely decorated. The location is in walking distance of two subway stations and many restaurants. Remark: Breakfast could improve by offering some unsweetened breakfast cereals like oatmeal or muesli.

Excelentes instalaciones, todo muy limpio, buen desayuno, habitación un poco fría para este tiempo, a pesar de tener aire acondicionado. Sector tranquilo, sin ruidos nocturnos, ubicado en sector de varios restaurantes ( aunque día domingo muchos están cerrados).
