The hotel is just simply good for rest after a long day Breakfast has nothing much to eat even it is a buffet Room has no phone cannot contact concierge but must travel down to the hall if u need them Bed quite soft and comfy for god sleep

The service at the front desk was a bit slow. I went to check out in the morning and just returned the key, but I had to wait for a long time. The taxi I called in advance took two trips before I was allowed to return the key and check out of the room.

Bathroom very tight and bed mattress is very thin foam, worn out, uncomfortable. Breakfast practically turned into sweets and the coffee machines stop working for each customer, which generates long queues.

The hotel's front desk service is really bad. Whether it's check-in, communication during check-out, or check-out, I'm surprised why this Ibis is so bad? 1. First of all, we arrived at the hotel to check in at 13:00, and the front desk told us that we had to wait until three o'clock. We explained that we flew to Chile for more than 24 hours and asked if we could check in early. The front desk told us that there were no rooms. It seems to us that the occupancy rate was not high. When asked, the reservation stated that the fee was already included.
