Nice and elegant hotel. Excellent location. Personnel is quite friendly (don Hugo at reception, for example). Rooms and climatization is excellent. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I had to go to reception several times to have them replaced or reprogrammed.

Never stay at this hotel in summer. Air Conditioner not functioning for all rooms. Try to change don't allow. Finally after complaining the resolution was provide me Table Fan and no refund. Garbage.Hotel.
Tourmate also sam issue.

Buena ubicación y habitaciones cómodas y tranquilas. Personal del hotel amable, excepto por alguna incidencia con el wifi que no supieron resolver. Algunas instalaciones de baño, puerta de la habitación y enchufes necesitan renovación. Desayuno aceptable, dentro de lo esperado.
