A beautiful, peaceful place filled with amazing staff from all over South America (e.g., Venezuela, Brazil, and Chile). It's located in a great part of Santiago, and the staff make you feel at home and provide you with a lot of information on food, safety and tourist tips, even a metro card which made it extremely easy for us to enjoy Santiago—recommended to all.

A absolutely fantastic few days in Santiago. Great neighborhood, great restaurants, walkable, fun, mixing old and new. The hotel was great. Fantastic wine hour upstairs in the beautiful room with plush couches and lovely added touches. Safe area, just loved it. Wonderful Breakfast!

Lovely quirky boutique style small hotel - location in Bellavista is central for walking about Santiago - in a lively night-life area. An historic building so no elevator - our room was on 3rd floor - but air conditioning worked well. Excellent friendly informative staff throughout - especially Veronica and Miguel on arrival and then Lautaro on reception who provided great guidance to first-time visitors to Chile. Greatly enjoyed the generous breakfast parlour.
