Average size room but adequate. Like the included breakfast at the Nicholas Cafe, though only 3 breakfast options to choose from. Maybe repetitive for longer stay.
Great location, around 250m to subways. Many bus routes around. Within walking distance to multiple tourist attractions.
Top notch room service. Nothing better than coming back from sightseeing to a clean room. They even folded up pyjamas and organised items on the tables.
What can be improved on is to provide sponge and dish washing liquid for the kitchen.

Very good location. Metro stn 10min away. Many restaurant n eateries in the immediate vincinity.
Room is clean with necessary amenities. Front desk service is excellent. The staff were most helpful. I had a wonderful stay there.

房間里居然還有微波爐，餐具，廚具，適合自己動手做到。

Had a great stay, location excellent, room and breakfast perfect for my 2 night stay. The staff did a great job arranging airport transfer and a very good tour to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. Thank you to the staff for making my staff easy and comfortable. I would stay again.
