The room is very small and it only offers 1 towel. However, the hotel is located in a upper cloming new area with shopping malls and very good resturants nearby, close to major roads and subway station. It is a great place to stay if you want to most of your time here visiting San Cristóbal Hill and the Sky Costanera area.

my personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

Excellent Service and friendly staff! Nice breakfast & restaurant (lunch/ dinner) options. Close to Metro Red Line 1 and walking to shopping areas and San Cristobal Hill.

Overall excellent experience, the hotel staff was kind, helpful and very accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was included and it was delicious, particularly the cappuccinos! They also had a good variety of fruits, juices, eggs, toasts, etc. The hotel even packed us lunch for a couple of day trips! And when one of the field trips, which we had reserved from the States, got cancelled due to the lack of customers, the front staff was super helpful on connecting us with a reputable replacement. The location is absolutely the best! Right next to Sky Costanera, the hotel is nestled in a very quiet, clean and very green neighborhood, we felt very safe walking around or catching Ubers everywhere. Great stay! Thank you Teclados Hotel!

If you’re staying in Santiago, you can’t find a better location or a better hotel. Especially considering free parking free breakfast excellent staff and quiet location.
