Blue Haven Resort- All Inclusive

We just returned from a week long stay at Blue Haven. Our room was enormous and very clean. Bonus having a washer/dryer in the suite. If you are a foodie, this might not be the resort for you. There are 2 restaurants on property. Those 2 are closed on Monday/ Wednesday. They have an outdoor buffet on those nights that is very fish heavy. The beach area is small but adequate. Loved not having to be up early to reserve a lounge chair. Fire and Ice staff, Garth, Venequa and Daphne were wonderful. Gerald was omelette maker extrordinaire. Beach and poolside grill staff, especially Roldor were always ready and willing to meet our every need. Shuttle to Alexandra was a nice perk, but would have liked to have an earlier start time. A non-alcoholic beer option would be nice for those that don't drink beer. All in all we had a terrific week celebrating our 50th anniversary early!

The rooms were wonderful, the staff was absolutely amazing. It felt very cozy and homey. We decided we will be going back. There was a variety of food for kids and adults, everything we ate was delicious. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating.

We didn’t want to leave. The nicest resort we have ever been to. It was beautiful and clean! Everyone at the resort was super friendly and Shaneka went above and beyond to make sure our 25th wedding anniversary was special!!! We will definitely be back!

Amazing week with family. WONDERFUL RESORT. Kindest, genuinely caring staff. Could not have had a better time ANYWHERE :) From our 3 1/2 and 9 year old granddaughters...our kids...and us, we had the best time. We were so sad to leave and look forward to our return :)

My experience at the Blue Haven Resort was fantastic. All of my expectations were exceeded. The Sales Rep, Latoya Francis and On-site Rep Kristel Williams were exceptional. Their patience, professionalism, problem resolution and attention to detail paved the way for a special experience. Thanks to Kristen, the wedding day was a dream! The rooms were clean, very modern, and well maintained. The penthouse was spectacular (spacious, beautifully appointed and a gorgeous view). Housekeeping staff was friendly and very competent. The food and service at Fire and Ice, Salt and the Seaside Pool Bar & Grill were all very good. I loved the breakfast bar at the Fire and Ice. Also, the Fish Deck and Black Rock at Alexandria were also very good. A Roadside BBQ Dinner set up in the penthouse was sensational. It included champagne and a margarita bar. This topped off an unforgettable wedding day! I took advantage of many amenities including the exercise room, pickleball, swimming, paddle boarding, golfing, and a private 4-hour cruise. I really enjoyed them all but the cruise was exceptional and a lot of fun. The photographer, Natalee Reid, did an excellent job staging our photo session and capturing some gorgeous pictures. I also fully appreciate the dedication and professionalism of Joyqeenly Ocampo. She was extremely helpful in keeping us up-to-date regarding our status and answering any questions. Made the mistake of not bringing mosquito spray. That is a must along with sunscreen. In general, my experience was wonderful and I highly recommend staying at the Blue Haven Resort. We can't wait to schedule a return trip.

This was our third trip to Blue Haven and we agreed that it was better than the first or second time. Prior to our trip, we had decided that this would probably be our last trip to Turks and Caicos for a while. We’ve been here 3 years in a row and we wanted to experience a different country. However, once we arrived at the resort, saw our Blue Haven family and looked around at the amazing upgrades to the resort since our last visit, we were asking ourselves how can we go anywhere else? This is truly our happy place! We love the accommodations, the food is delicious in our opinion and just the overall atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. But the service and wonderful staff is what makes us love Blue Haven. The staff are always so warm and welcoming to us. And the service is impeccable! And this is why we continue to return year after year. Until next time!

One of the best island vacations! The Blue Haven in Leeward was a tropical paradise. A gorgeous open hotel set on a turquoise bay with a beautiful infinity pool made for a stunning backdrop to our week. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay starting at the front desk with Shaneka who went above and beyond in every way to make us feel at home. She would save bag of "hot Cheetos" for my daughter who told her they were her favorite in case they ran out at the snack kiosk. Also she had the kitchen make chicken soup for her when she was not feeling well our last night. The hostess at Fire and Ice was so kind and welcoming each morning for breakfast and we made fast friends with the other staff and servers. Janet, Coco, Daryl (omelet chef) Natalie, Smiley.. all contributed to an amazing stay. The food was incredible for an all inclusive. My first experience at an all inclusive was awful and I was hesitant to try again but to my huge surprise it way exceeded my expectation. We stayed in a 1 bedroom oceanfront that was spacious and modern with a washer/dryer, a large built in fridge that was filled with water, soda, beer, etc. A fully stocked kitchen if you are interested in making food, coffee and tea service and a very large bathroom. There was an amazing balcony with table /chairs and a lounger. A stunning view of the water, pool and hint of the marina with sleek yachts and sailboats. Perfectly picturesque! We had access to the sister hotel Alexandra in Grace Bay, which was much larger and had several different restaurants a beautiful beach and multiple pools. We enjoyed our resort for the intimate atmosphere. Five stars! Can't wait to come back! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Blue Haven was such a lovely hotel. It was calm and relaxing. Its exceptionally clean. Large rooms that overlook the ocean. Rooms are equipped with subzero full size fridge, oven and microwave. It also includes washer and dryer. They have activities at the resort such as aqua zumba, name that movie and aqua basketball. It has various restaurants with amazing food. My personal favorite was the coconut shrimp at the grill!. You also have access to its sister hotel called the Alexandria. It was very nice and also make reservations for "Black Rock Steakhouse" you wont be disappointed! Plenty of excursions to choose from. A special shout out to Sheneka and Winchel for making our anniversary trip so incredibly special!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The accommodations were really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great. We really enjoyed the drinks as well. We enjoyed all of the activities. Smiley, CoCo and Shaneka were fantastic and engaging with all activities. We had so much fun!
