I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on *******, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact *******. Fair enough, I've contacted ******* explained the situation. ******* said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading , because they charge 750 dollars as " taxes " on top of total. Super shady.

Shady place , don't book. I've booked through ******* and they messaged me saying that there was no availability and I've asked for a refund. They asked me to contact ******* which I did. ******* needed authorization from the hotel to process my refund which they did not provide!! So basically they wanted my money without providing any service. Also don't trust the 350 daily rate they will charge 750 as " taxes " on top of a 2 day stay.

Villa très grande et très spacieuse. Par contre, très déçu du décor à l'extérieur à notre arrivé. Déchets partout sur le terrain en plu des pots de peintures vides et panier de basket tout brisé qui traîne. Les lits sont à renouveler, surtout les 2 plus petites chambres, très inconfortables. L'eau de la piscine était verte, donc pas de baignade. Ils sont venu la nettoyer après 6 jours que nous avions fait la demande. Pour le B.B.Q. la bonbonne était vide et c'est nous qui a fallu le d'écrasser. Le cinéma maison ne fonctionne pas, il n'est même pas branché. Heureusement que Shanta ( la cousine de Ron) était très à l'écoute de nos demandes et était très disponible et joviale. Ron doit refaire ses devoirs et améliorer sa Villa. Bien réaménager la villa avec de bons lits, nettoyer les lieux et surtout nettoyer la piscine, cet endroit serait paradisiaque. La vue est vraiment belle et les coucher de soleil sont magnifiques. Nous avons quand même aimé notre séjour, malgré les imprévus.
