Der Hotel an sich ist von Ihnen schön die Zimmern sind auch sehr modern und schön dekoriert, sind auch gross. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, nicht wie beschieben der Strand ist mit dem Auto gute 10min entfernt, der Hotel ist neben ein Bahnhof und ein Friedhof, die Parplätze wären eigentlich inbegriffen, die gaben uns aber einen Parkplatz am Bahnhof, mit Ausländische Nummerschilder parkiere ich dort auf keinen fall, ich fragte nach ob in der geschlossene Areal parkieren könnte und dafür musste ich bezahlen. Die haben 3 Mitarbeiter und von die war nur 1 freundlich und profezionell die andere 2 waren entweder am Händy oder machten wärend der Arbeitszeit mit Kollegen im Hotel ab, also profezioneller ging nicht Ist gestanden das im Hotel Italienisch, Deutsch und Englisch können, die könnten sogut wie kein Englisch nur Italienisch. Die Restaurant sind echt nicht gut in Trinitapoli, die die einiger masse gut aussahen waren am Strand und waren geschlossen.

La struttura di nuova costruzione è curata nei minimi dettagli, la stanza confortevole e pulitissima! Ogni giorno di permanenza era tutto impeccabile! Il personale tutto, dai proprietari all’intero staff, giovane, cordiale accogliente sorridente… creano un ambiente tanto familiare da farti sentire a casa!!! Sempre pronti a gestire ogni singola necessità con la massima professionalità e cortesia! Assolutamente consigliatissimo

Ho avuto, casualmente, la possibilità di prepararmi, qualche attimo prima del mio matrimonio, in questa splendida struttura. Non posso fare altro che ringraziare di cuore tutto il personale, molto professionale, per la loro disponibilità e la cura dei dettagli. Oltre quanto detto, è doveroso citare quanto le camere fossero pulite e arredate con gusto. I miei amici e partenti che vi hanno soggiornato sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti, sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura è nuovissima, ben tenuta e a pochi minuti dal centro. Fiore all’occhiello dell’Holygold, ribadisco, è il personale, sin da subito abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e la genuina ospitalità che ci è stata riservata. Vi consiglio, di cuore, pernottare all’Holygold.

In occasione di un matrimonio, abbiamo scoperto questo luogo, ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Se vuoi sentirti in famiglia, nonostante sei in Hotel, puoi venire qui. I proprietari e coloro che collaborano mostrano empatia, cordialità e si danno da fare per farti sentire a tuo agio. Pulito, ordinato. Ottima struttura a pochi minuti dal mare. Personale molto disponibile e preparato. Ci hanno consigliato e coccolato in maniera eccellente. Colazione molto buona. Camera ampia e confortevole, come in foto. Unico suggerimento: un piano di appoggio in più in bagno.
Ci tornerei sicuramente. Voto 5/5!
