Pranzo con amici, che dire, all'arrivo del menù lo stesso viene completamente stravolto, "oggi al posto di questo c'è questo" per almeno 6/7 portate, immaginatevi voi poi per memorizzare il tutto e ricordarsi cosa poter ordinare, poco male, ordino un antipasto che non rientrava nella Black list e...... ci dispiace ma anche questo oggi non c'è...... ok ci "adattiamo" e ordiniamo l'ordinabile, onestamente piatti davvero di poca personalità, anzi, qualità e impiattemento pessimo, credo ci sia davvero molto da rivedere, nota positiva le loro "bolle" buone........... non ci tornerei onestamente.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage (Weingut). Der Ort Villongo hat aber nichts zu bieten.
Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, die Beleuchtung mangelhaft. Lesen im Zimmer praktisch unmöglich.

L’hotel è un castello a pochi minuti dal lago d’Iseo; le stanze sono tutte suite, enormi, finemente ristrutturate, arredate in stile moderno e con grande gusto. Sono dotate di tutti i confort (topper, cassaforte, bollitore…), perfettamente insonorizzate. Il bagno è anch’esso molto grande, con prodotti acqua di Parma. La colazione è di ottima qualità e servita alla carta, con scelte sia dolci che salate. Tutto il personale è estremamente professionale e cordiale. Una sera abbiamo cenato in struttura e assaggiato un vino prodotto nell’azienda, e anche in questo caso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Hotelletje gelegen bij een wijngaard. Op het oog veelbelovend. Nette kamer, charme in het hotel, vriendelijke housekeeping. Het is mooi aangebouwd/gerenoveerd. We kozen voor de huiswijn als welkomstdrankje. Die hadden ze alleen niet, en moesten daarvoor even weg om het te halen. De rondleiding over de wijngaard was niet beschikbaar. We moesten daar ook zelf om vragen. De massage kon naar het hotel gehaald worden maar dat was alles wat we erover te horen kregen. Veel info was onduidelijk. Er werd niets uitgelegd. De wijngaard zelf was slecht onderhouden, het onkruid stond hoog en alles oogde rommelig. Bij het (slecht gereinigde) zwembad was geen parasol voor alle gasten. Na meerdere keren vragen, werd dit tóch voor ons geregeld. We kregen een drankje aangeboden wegens het ongemak. Het restaurant was 2 dagen dicht, waardoor we moesten uitwijken. De stroom viel meerdere keren uit. Bij het uitchecken zat de (waarschijnlijk) leidinggevende ongeïnteresseerd naast de dame die ons hielp met uitchecken. Er werd niet gevraagd naar hoe ons verblijf was. Door allebei niet. Het verblijf heeft echt veel potentie, maar de eigenaar heeft kennelijk niet de behoefte er een pareltje van te maken.

Un luogo incantevole, dove potersi rigenerare e lasciarsi coccolare dalla cortesia e dall’ospitalità. Consigliatissimo. La struttura è stupenda e le camere spaziose, silenziose, curate nei dettagli. Colazione ottima “à la carte” con prodotti freschi.

Ambiente tranquillo e raffinato. Lo staff ti sa coccolare con le giuste attenzioni. Pietanze molto buone e curate nell’estetica. Il vino di loro produzione non ha nulla da invidiare alle cantine più conosciute. Conto in linea con la proposta. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Siamo stati a cena presso questa incantevole location .La saletta dove abbiamo gustato i piatti piccola, accogliente e confortevole; piatti che hanno soddisfatto appieno sia per la vista che per il palato. Una lode allo chef Crepaldi che ancora un'altra volta ha confermato la sua cucina eccelsa. Non per ultimo la calda accoglienza della ragazze alla reception ed un plauso particolare a colei la quale ci ha servito i piatti che è stata di un unicità mai vista per professionalità, empatia , gentilezza.... Conto adeguato. Da consigliare sicuramente
