Linder Cycling Hotel

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Hotel modern and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and spacious. We had a Mountain View which was a bonus although road noise initially at night was noticeable but soon became quieter as the night progressed. The village of Sëlva is lovely and supermarket is great! Pool and spa facilities top notch in the hotel and food great . Special thanks to Sam for looking after us so well. We’d love to come back and do yet more hikes!
Amonti Wellnessresort

A lovely hotel to visit and spend 5 nights in after bustling Milan. Free parking across the road which is convenient and a lovely welcome at check in.. Rooms were renovated, spacious, modern and clean although my biggest disappointment was the 'panoramic' view I had paid extra for. I booked the panoramic suite and we are a family of 5, I opted for one room which has a sliding door that has a room where the kids sleep. The picture on the website shows the only the mountains which is what I expected to see as my panoramic view. I saw mountains but also the busy main road which the hotel is situated on and the lengthy car park. Along with the Klausberg Ski Centre. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I asked to change rooms but was told all the panoramic views were the same. We paid around $1500 Aus a night so 800/900 Euro a night so this was not worth it for me. The family pool had an indoor and outdoor area which was beautiful and the buffet was like no other I had ever seen. The service was friendly although English was limited. I loved the hotel but with children wasn't able to use it to the full capacity. It is very far up the main road so makes driving extremely long with small children due to the mountains and windy roads. Scenery and food was amazing. And my kids loved the slide. Overpriced and annoyed about my view as I spent 5 days looking at a carpark and road with mountains in the background. If booking this room I'd call up and ask specifically about the view.
Parc Hotel Florian
4.4/540 Reviews
The Florian is a chalet on a grand scale backing onto a large garden with (unheated) swimming pool and many restful nooks. The rooms are comfortable and modern, those at the front having magnificent views of the Alpe di Siusi, and those at the back looking out on the garden. There is a road in front of the hotel but the traffic is not frequent enough to be disturbing. Breakfasts are ample and dinner a splendid parade of the best in Austro-Italian cuisine, with a good list of wines from nearby and other Italian regions. The waiting staff are efficient and pleasant, with excellent memories enabling them to anticipate your wishes after a day or two. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre and much quieter than most hotels in the town. A shuttle bus (number 5) stops right outside the door and goes straight to the cable car station in less than 10 minutes. This is a family hotel so expect a number of children among the guests. A thoroughly enjoyable place to stay, preferably for an unhurried long week-end or week in the Dolomites.
Hotel Lener
4.4/541 Reviews
Hotel Lener is great for staying near the Austrian border and enjoying the beauty and peace of South Tyrol. The structure is well maintained, the outdoor spaces are liveable, and there is also a playground for the little ones and an indoor games room. The swimming pool is a bit small but nice, the sauna must be booked. You can access the wellness area from early morning to evening after dinner. The really special thing, for train enthusiasts or luxury travel enthusiasts, is the possibility of sleeping in a suite set up on an original Orient Express carriage. The details are very accurate and outside you can enjoy a small terrace and a corner of the private garden. To give to someone special!
Granpanorama Hotel StephansHof

Auguro a queste persone ogni bene.

The older I get the higher my bar gets for hotels. We have stayed at some pretty outstanding places but this one was SHEER PERFECTION. The staff, wonderful. The food outstanding and so much of ot. An enormous breakfast buffet and complimentary small lunch Buffet of sandwiches and snacks for after your hikes (loved this!. Our restaurant & room service meals were some of the best meals I have had in my life. Gorgeous & soacious rooms overlooking the Dolomites. The spa area with 4 saunes, indoor outdoor pool and huge gym with everything you could possibly need. Every little small nuance was covered. We ended up canceling our next hotel and booking extra nights here because we did not want to ever leave. Truly a remarkable stay and we will be back. Special love to Anna the absolutely wonderful concierge, the amazing wait staff, both of our 6:00 pm Sauna guides.
