QC Termegarda Spa & Golf Resort

The structure is located in a very characteristic context. The interiors and furnishings are well looked after. Access to the spa from the hotel is very convenient and the spa is absolutely worth it. The breakfast buffet is full of healthy, quality foods. The breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately the building is very sensitive to rain infiltrations. Definitely needs fixing (some corridors literally flood during the rain). The part of the Chestnut Residence (a sort of annex of the hotel) is absolutely inconvenient to reach and the room was cold. Everything promoted except the room for these reasons.

New Hotel Spa in the QC Terme area. Very beautiful and functional. Many people "daily" but the services are not affected. They are working to ensure that hotel guests receive a "personalized" service. There is currently no restaurant (but I don't think there will ever be one) but you won't die of hunger between the buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and light dinner with few but valid alternatives.

Wir waren vom 28.4 bis 4.5.2024 als Golfgruppe (12 Leute) im QC Termegarda Resort. Die Hotelinfrastruktur inklusive Spa und Golf ist sehr gut und 5-Sterne würdig. Auch das Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Nachtessen ist ebenfalls auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Zimmer sind schön und gut eingerichtet und dank der Lage des Hotels ebenfalls sehr ruhig. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind vielen kleinen Details, die dann die 4-Sterne in der Bewertung begründen. - Doppelzimmer beim Eintritt nur auf 1 Person eingerichtet ( 1 Glas, 1 Begrüssungsmeringue usw.) - Kein Notizblock/Stift um Notizen zu machen (sollte in 4-5* dabeisein) - Frühstück war einmal um 7h30 nicht parat - 1 x Bad-Tücher im Zimmer nicht ersetzt worden - 1 x ein voller Sack mit dreckigen Badetüchern im Zimmer vorgefunden Am Störendsten sind jedoch, die Gäste, die sich in Bademänteln am Frühstückbuffet bedienen. Das sollte vom Hotel aus verboten werden. Passt einfach nicht. Ausser diesen Details war alles sehr gut und wir können das Hotel voll empfehlen und werden wenn möglich und passend wieder hingehen.

Spacious, well-furnished rooms with the pleasant surprise of a mattress and top that guarantee optimal sleep. Good breakfast served in a lounge with a vaulted ceiling, architecture from other times. The SPA is very beautiful, large and comfortable.

Spent a very pleasant day with your family in this welcoming and relaxing spa. It is accessed along the golf course and everything is very well looked after and elegant. Upon arrival, friendly and efficient staff explain to us how to make the most of our time and how their aperitif works. The swimming pools are well structured, both external and internal, with many possibilities for various sauna or shower experiences. The only flaw in my opinion is the presence of only one dressing room in the men's locker room. Next time we will try the golf club restaurant if possible.

Very beautiful structure, splendid rooms and excellent trea**ents (massages), true professionals! Sore points: the breakfast is definitely not 5 star, the same goes for the aperitif and above all the fact that hotel guests have to share the same spaces with outsiders, overcrowded and with people who don't respect the environment in which they stay they find. The spa is made for relaxing!! You spend a lot compared to the services that are offered! As a guest I would have expected different trea**ent

It doesn't start well with an attendant at the parking barrier who would encourage you to go somewhere else because he oozes sympathy from every pore. Then luckily excellent reception (thanks to Deep). A small locker issue handled very well. Then begin the various rooms, saunas, waterfalls, Turkish baths, swimming pools of all types both internal and external with vigorous hydromassages. The swimming pool is spectacular, where some films with music and rain, wind and fog effects are projected on a gigantic 180 degree monitor. Sufficient buffet lunch in a beautiful courtyard or in internal rooms. In the afternoon we resume the various activities until the aperitif (included in the entrance price). Served in small glass containers, there are things of a level that to define as low is an understatement, despite the price being around 100 euros per person per day. This aperitif is really bad and certainly not in line with what the beauty of the place would suggest. A day (fortunately not too crowded) of relaxation that wouldn't take much to make it better.

It's hard for me to write a negative review. QC TERME has always been my favorite place to relax. In this case Hotel QCTERME Garda. Located in a quiet and very pleasant area. Very nice structure, cozy rooms. The first sore point is breakfast, not so much for variety and quantity, but for the quality of the food. Same problem, amplified, in the aperitif. I was also intending to have dinners but the menu proposal and the quality tested during the day made me give up. The amounts spent are welcome if the services are up to par. It can go up to this point. Sore point that is repeated in all QC structures. Inside the wellness center, it really feels like an amusement park. Truly too ******, rudeness and non-compliance with the rules. I really love these structures but often: I WOULD LIKE BUT I CAN'T. The thought that rudeness and overcrowding make my experience more stressful than relaxing makes me give up. The amounts spent are important, I am of the idea of ​​spending even more, but what is important is the attention to detail that makes your days special and pleasant.
