Peccato che le stanze non siano proprio recenti, il bagno senza acqua calda. Poca empatia cn i clienti. Peccato perché si trova in una bella posizione . Servizi migliorabili. Condizionatore che non funzionava, veramente un peccato. Bel panorama .

Unfortunately we should've taken note of the poor reviews.
A very disappointing experience. It seems the hotel is slowly improving its rooms but we unfortuately had a hill view room which was disgusting.It should not be given out to paying guests.
Mouldy bathroom,loose wires from extractor fan,lingering smokers smell(smoke alarm covered by a shower cap!) and soiled sheets. We had booked for 5 nights but after arriving late and a very uncomfortable night fully clothed we checked out at first opportunity.
Breakfast seemed adequate but didn't have the stomach for it.
They did not honour their cancellation policy and didn't have the courtesy to even respond to an email.
As we found, there are plenty of wonderful, good value rooms available in Cagliari which offer so much more for a lot less.
If you book a sea view room it may be different but soiled sheets reflect poor housekeeping at the very least.
Would not recommend.

Camera 24, vista mare bellissima, personale della reception squisitamente gentile che ci ha permesso di fare colazione nonostante fossimo fuori orario… il neo è che non c’era acqua calda quindi stamattina doccia fredda! E non c’era neanche il phon😱 È passato tutto in secondo piano , ma 100€ per una camera il 28 ottobre, senza acqua calda e senza phon mi sembrano inappropriati. O sbaglio?

Interno camere ben ristrutturate, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Il tipo DeLuxe vista mare ha proprio una vista indimenticabile. Il personale e' gentilissimo e ti fa' sentire in famiglia; un ringraziamento speciale a Rossano sempre disponibile,..... anche a tarda ora :-) Non lontano dal centro se si ha voglia di fare una passeggiata, ma tranquillo; ottimo per ricaricarsi.

La vista dall’albergo sulla baia è veramente bella e la location è molto comoda per raggiungere la città si Cagliari. Alcuni punti di miglioramento: - al momento del check in viene subito richiesto l’importo completo del soggiorno, un primo approccio non empatico con il cliente. In tutti gli alberghi dove sono stata il saldo era a fine soggiorno - mentre le stanze sono coerenti alla categoria dell’hotel, le porte delle stesse, tutte grigie, presentano diverse macchie, oltre che essere tristi: la. vista del corridoio con le porte chiuse da un’idea “militare” - la colazione è minimale: come frutta unicamente delle mele golden, altri prodotti, come lo yogurt, provenienti da discount

All'Hotel Calamosca mi sono sentita a casa, sono stata per la prima volta ed è stato come esserci stata da sempre. Tutto il personale, dalla direttrice al guardiano di notte, al receptionist, alle donne delle pulizie, a tutti i collaboratori/tutte le collaboratrici, è stato gentile e disponibile. La pulizia è stata molto accurata. La colazione è stata ricca e varia. La posizione dell'albergo è ottima. La vista sul mare e sul giardino é incantevole. È stato un soggiorno rigenerante, estremamente piacevole, vissuto in un ambiente familiare molto accogliente. Da tornarci subito. Di cuore grazie mille di tutto. A presto rivederci e riabbracciarci. Tiziana Per quanto riguarda il ristorante Calamosca vicino all'albergo la cucina è ottima, i camerieri sono gentili. Pranzare e cenare, gustando la vista del mare, è molto piacevole. Grazie. Tiziana

El hotel es lamentable, la tele en el cuarto es una tablet y ni shampoo proveen. el desayuno limitan la comida y sino todo tiene costo extra sin estar aclarado en la pagina. las habitaciones no tienen cortina por lo cual es dificil domir cuando amanece. No vayan es muy malo y encima como esta lejos de todo, los platos tienen un costo de 28 euros son pauperrimos y pesimos y esto es porque no hay opcion

Impossible pour nous de dormir avant 4h30 du matin car il y a des fêtes à côté tt les soirs. Le personnel est sympa mais cela ne change rien. Une honte pour le prix. J'habite en plein centre ville et c'est moins bruyant qu'ici.
