Siamo stati in questa struttura in quattro:io,mio marito e le mie due bimbe...Una struttura collegata ai mezzi pubblici,con colazione e stanze semplici.....molto gentile il proprietario che e' disponibile e cerca di risolvere ogni problema......Grazie!!!!

Booked for 3 nights 5 months ago with Smartbox "Prestige box". We paid for a prestige bedroom. When we arrived in Cagliari, our "guest" said he never received any Smartbox confirmation, although everything had been paid. He proposed a low cost bedroom ! We contacted Smartbox, that sent the money back. Avoid !!! There is much better in Cagliari...

Patrick is a legend. He picked us up from the hotel we were at before! Then upgraded the room because it was downstairs and bigger and we had a baby. Clean big room, fridge, TV, close to gym, supermarket, bus stops to beach. You can tell he is super busy with all his guests, staff and other locations to manage and yet still found time to chat with us.

Siamo stati per due notti in questa struttura trovandoci benissimo. Tranquillità, pulizia e comfort, in una zona vicinissima alla splendida spiaggia del Poetto. Patrick è stato disponibile e gentilissimo! Raccomando assolutamente questa struttura.

Prenotato una doppia per tre notti …arrivati a Cagliari il patrik ci porta in una casa popolare. Giustificazione. La stanza da noi prenotata era stata occupata da un francese poi risultato positivo al COVID. ( la sua versione, ovviamente) Alternativa: un appartamento dove non funzionava nulla…aria condizionata e neanche le chiavi per entrare….colazione niente. Boooo.

Conforto, atenção, cordialidade, design, excelente localização. Patrick, o proprietário, é uma pessoa incrível. E tem muito conhecimento sobre a história da Sardenha e também sobre lugares a visitar. Uma experiência perfeita em harmonia com a cidade, que é linda. Está muito próximo da Praia do Poetto e não longe do centro de Cagliari. Para quem caminha, faz-se tudo a pé. Recomendo altamente!

Ottima posizione a poca distanza dalla spiaggia di Cagliari, perfetto come punto di partenza per visitare tutto il sud Sardegna. Patrick è veramente attento a tutte le esigenze del viaggiatore, gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo presto!

Ottima location, vicino al mare e con parcheggio . Colazione abbondante . Patrick gentilissimo e disponibile dal check in alla prenotazione del ristorante .Abbiamo dimenticato effetti personali e ci sono stati tempestivamente spediti a casa .
