PRO: 1. staff super disponibile e cordiale, dal personale della reception a quello di sala, dagli addetti alle pulizie all autista della navetta. 2. letto molto comodo. 3. piscina pulita sempre nonostante circondata da alberi. 4. colazione buona e gradevolissima. 5. posizione della struttura sia per comodità che location. 6. servizio navetta molto utile. CONTRO: 1. moquette sia nei corridoi che nelle stanze, peraltro sporca in più punti. 2. stanze da modernizzare (soffione doccia pieno di calcare, armadio che si apre a fatica, telefoni rotti e quindi impossibilità di contattare la reception dalla stanza, assenza della ventola nel bagno cieco). 3. wifi non funzionante 4. bagni nella zona comune spesso sporchi e maleodoranti. 5. forse sarebbe stato meglio avvisare in fase di prenotazione che le stanze che affacciano sulla piscina hanno lo svantaggio di subire il volume altissimo del pianobar fino a mezzanotte.

Travelled here as a family of 4 adults, truly one of the highlights of a trip that took us across the picturesque region of Puglia. Il Giardino is an oasis in the Gargano peninsula surrounded by olive trees, immersed in the beauty of the nearby national park and only a short walk from the stunning Adriatic coast line's blue flag beaches. The room was clean, comfortable, and efficient. There is a lovely restaurant at the centre of the Albergo where we ate every night. The lovely server Maurizio was a wonderful maitre d'hôtel who served us some incredible fresh fish on our last night-- the highlight of our trip. Do not hesitate to book a stay here.

We went away this morning we were 3 nights my husband and my 3 daughters...... (we had a sea view suite that said it seemed to be suspended on the sea),the charming, new and well-treated place and especially cleanoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ( thanks to the ladies of the cleaning also they deserve it). Certainly during dinner we had to wait a lot ....... But a new place must also be given time to sit down!!! Favourite foods just portions!!! Certoooo should create a menu' children... (the staff has always been ready to meet our requests),but I am sure that with the timeooo will be createdoo!!! Prices are a little high is certainly not at all!!
