Excellent structure, very nice and clean hotels, cleaning the various environments and rooms, reading nearby with comfortable subway and well-distanced paraplus, good kitchen and well-assorted breakfast. The courteous and efficient staff, ready to handle any requests but for a few times they are almost blinded in the room without waiting for permission to enter. I highlight a substantial coldness and asepticism in the relationships, except some approaches to the gentleman and boy of the dinner room, for the rest, all very displaced: no one qualifys and no one wears the ID card. I did not like the attitude of room staff who had different behaviors than the use of personal protection masks: whether or not they were required to wear them under the current legislation for the abovementioned. In any case, it does not make sense and does not provide any protection for anyone to keep the mask down to his neck or covering only his mouth and not his nose. I also did not like to see that on our request to enjoy the beach service until lunch after leaving the room at 10 a.m., we were asked to pay a €20 supplement, Not so much for the figure itself, but for the principle, because we had never enjoyed it at the afternoon of arrival and we did not take off the place at anybody's sight of the many empty shadows. We have chosen to stay not because the hotel has no courtesy room where it can stay after leaving the beach and no longer have its own room available, I find it incredible that a 5-star hotel does not have this kind of service, and the beach shower and the wooden cabin can certainly not replace it.

We went away this morning we were 3 nights my husband and my 3 daughters...... (we had a sea view suite that said it seemed to be suspended on the sea),the charming, new and well-treated place and especially cleanoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ( thanks to the ladies of the cleaning also they deserve it). Certainly during dinner we had to wait a lot ....... But a new place must also be given time to sit down!!! Favourite foods just portions!!! Certoooo should create a menu' children... (the staff has always been ready to meet our requests),but I am sure that with the timeooo will be createdoo!!! Prices are a little high is certainly not at all!! Excellent experience, but above all a very nice episode I would like to emphasise. We complained with the server for a ”girl” that we seemed old when it looked too soft, from there a separate gentleman comes to us and asks us what our complaint was about. The professional way that the girl-shaped biscuit is prepared every evening and treating with sugar flour pastry on both sides was natural that it was soft and not crocking inside. So no anomalies. The next morning we take the usual gym and with pleasant surprise we find it croccant, I approached the cook who was going out on the terrace and I wondered why we had never found them soft this time. It explains us with a smile that had welcomed our disappointment and had reduced the amount of sugar by giving inside sweetness and outside crocking.
