il 31 Dicembre abbiamo prenotato una suite in questo resort, arrivati abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza meravigliosa, personale giovane professionale solare e disponibile. Suite meravigliosa con zona relax con candele e vasca idromassaggio , bagno super accessoriato completo di prodotti e accessori da bagno. Patio spettacolare con tavolino e lanterna , camera silenziosa spaziosa con letto e cuscini comodi con vista del paese spettacolare, fornita di macchina del caffe' e del the rifornita di cialde, tv frigobar radio cassaforte riscaldamenti , bellissimo l'arredo, abitazione curata nei minimi particolari. Da notare tutti gli ambienti profumati con diffusori massima pulizia. Abbiamo usufruito del cenone dell'ultimo dell'anno, sala molto bella apparecchiata con gusto. Tutto perfetto e impeccabile dalla band al servizio camerieri che hanno servito con professionalita' e nei tempi giusti. Un ringraziamento agli chef per una cena a base di pesce variata davvero magnifica. Forse unica pecca la colazione, La mattina del 1 Gennaio siamo scesi a fare la colazione orario previsto dalle 8.00 alle 10.00 peccato che alle 9.00 era gia' quasi finito tutto, comunque la cameriera e' stata gentile e disponibile a chiederci se doveva portare altro cercando di rimediare. Alla partenza personale alla reception gentilissimo donandoci dei dolcetti. Bravissimi a tutto lo staff ed un arrivederci a presto, torneremo sicuramente in questa villa meravigliosa. The location is quiet on a hill outside town. The rooms are nothing special, they need soundproofing, we heard our neighbours talking very distinctively despite the fact they were not loud at all. The heating system was poor . The quality of breakfast was disappointing ,despite they say they have a good restaurant in the resort. We found Villa Euchelia bad value for money.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately we didn't have any connectivity to the internet. Our room was at 4th floor and the sign of internet was very very weak which makes it impossible to use. That actually ruined our vacation. We stayed there for two nights. The staff were very helpful and very nice, but one of the main reasons of choosing the hotel we would like to spend our vacation is the Internet - and in this hotel, inbthis room it wasn't working. I would expect them to change our room or the floor.

We spent 3 night at the Villa Euchelia. It is a lovely Villa with just 7/8 rooms where the owners AnnaMaria and Pietro look after their guests so well ensuring a perfect stay. Food is really excellent, breakfast where the choice is wonderful and dinner which matches up to any * restaurant along with a good wine list although we relied on Annamaria's sommelier advice and were never disappointed. Really comfortable beds in well decorated rooms. Lovely pool and sheltered areas to enjoy the wonderful views and soak up the sun. The value for € is astonishing. Highly recommend .

Par où commencer...? Très bien situé sur notre route entre Pise et Naples. Un cadre somptueux, des chambres propres et confortable, décorées avec goût (comme le reste de l'établissement d'ailleurs). La gérante est extrêmement agréable et arrangeante. Ma copine parle italien, moi non, donc j'ai eu peu d'échange avec la gérante, mais j'ai vu sa gentillesse et son sens du service. De plus, il y a une superbe piscine. Enfin, nous avons testé le restaurant et franchement, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Bref, en un mot: "top". We'll return!

Sono stato estremamente deluso dalla mia recente visita a Villa Euchelia. È davvero difficile trovare aspetti positivi da menzionare. Fin dall'arrivo, ho notato una mancanza di accoglienza e attenzione da parte dello staff. Nonostante avessi fatto una prenotazione, sembrava che la nostra camera non ci fosse (senza dircelo, c'è ne siamo accorti da soli) La struttura in sé lasciava molto a desiderare. Le camere erano senza acqua fredda e poco curate. oserei dire imbarazzante. In sintesi, la mia esperienza a Villa Euchelia è stata estremamente sgradevole. La mancanza di cura per i dettagli, l'atteggiamento indifferente dello staff e la qualità generale del soggiorno hanno reso questa vacanza un vero incubo. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza positiva e piacevole. Incredibile come abbia una così alta valutazione su trip o booking :/

É con enorme dispiacere che lascio una recensione negativa ad un posto del cuore. Dopo 5 anni di premurosa ospitalità, la nuova gestione fa sentire l’assenza della signora Annamaria ad ogni passo. I cuscini non sostengono il capo, la luce invade prepotentemente la stanza sin dalle prime ore del mattino, ma quello che più dispiace é che quando ho fatto notare che la stanza il cielo stellato si trova evidentemente sopra un generatore che non consente di dormire perché sembra di stare su una nave, mi é stato risposto che era impossibile, perché ci sono solo dei magazzini sotto la stanza; tornando mi sono affacciata, ed è proprio sopra un generatore, di cui non discuto la messa a norma. Abbiamo avuto negli anni diversi contrattempi, sempre dimenticati grazie all’empatia e alla disponibilità dei proprietari, di cui resta solo una fredda cortesia, e grazie alla partenza dopo una super colazione, ex punto forte della struttura, che ora ben esprime il crollo annunciato.
