Bel accueil à la réception hôtel retiré et au calme vue sur les collines toscanes.
Une fois la haut on ne va pas redescendre dîner ailleurs le restaurant est pratique mais un peu onéreux je trouve pour la quantité vraiment minime
Le spa est très cher par rapport à d’autres établissements
Petit déjeuner satisfaisant

Room was very good. Spa pool is outstanding. with bathrobes and plenty of towels. Sunbeds are also in great supply. Breakfast was very good with great selection including gluten free. The spa is also very good Concierge service works well with car parking Fabio on reception was outstanding. Hotel made external restaurant bookings

Siamo stati tre giorni al Saturnia Tuscany Resort nel mese di aprile. Eravamo un po' impauriti dal gran numero di persone nella zona delle terme, fortunatamente il resort è in una posizione dominante, a poco più di un chilometro dalla sorgente. La vista sulla vallata di Saturnia è impressionante, si vedono tutti i paesini dei dintorni e con nostra grande sorpresa, per una conformazione particolare del terreno, si vede fino alla laguna di Orbetello, cioè mare! La struttura è nuova ma ben integrata sia nei colori che nello stile, gli spazi a disposizione sono ampi e diversificati. Trovo noiose le recensioni dove ci si inventa dei Bruno Barbieri, quindi vi dirò ciò che per noi è stato importante: - la stanza aveva una vista mozzafiato e tutti i terrazzi, grandi e piccoli, garantiscono privacy e vista. - la SPA è gestita molto bene e offre un discreto ventaglio di offerte. - il ristorante è uno dei pochi in zona che offre anche una alternativa vegetariana, cosa rarissima qui. In ogni caso per noi quel che è stato veramente piacevole è l'organizzazione, la cortesia, la simpatia e la disponibilità del personale, di tutto il personale, dalle pulizie fino alla reception, alla colazione, al ristorante, etc... Le coccole che ti arrivano inaspettate e senza finzione con il piacere autentico di farti stare bene.

In autunno siamo andati al Saturnia Tuscany Hotel Resort avendo acquistato un pacchetto con cena inclusa. Il ristorante ha servito a noi e ad un'altra coppia ( che non conoscevamo) 3 portate (e che sembravano incluse nel pacchetto) mentre il proprietario la sera successiva ci ha detto che ce ne spettavano 2 e la terza avremmo dovuto pagarla. Il pacchetto, secondo lui, non ne prevedeva 3 ma 2 mentre noi ,l'altra coppia e il ristorante avevamo capito, dalla lettura del pacchetto, il contrario.Dopo mezz'ora di chiarimenti il proprietario ci comunica che ,nonostante fosse poco conveniente per lui, avrebbe lasciato le 3 pietanze incluse . Premesso l'evidente errore di comunicazione, visto che in diversi avevamo capito altro, se si vuole mantenere un certo standard certe discussioni ( dovete pagare una pietanza in più) non vanno nemmeno fatte...si comprende l' errore e si abbozza....una caduta di stile.

El camino para llegar al hotel por la toscana es una locura la cantidad de curvas pero el paisaje es bello, el Hotel Esta bien bonito, el desayuno bien, creo que un poco costoso para la relación precio valor, no había aire acondicionado y a la Habitación entraban animales voladores
