Purtroppo non posso dare zero Ma sarebbe ancora troppo Pessima organizzazione tra la struttura e Booking Sono arrivato alla location verso le 22 e fino a quel momento dopo molteplici tentativi di mettermi in contatto con qualcuno per i codici di accesso alla camera ho dovuto ripiegare prenotando in un'altra struttura Il giorno seguente alle 11:23 mi arriva la mail da a Booking con i codici per entrare Ho contattato la struttura e mi sono sentito dire che la colpa era mia Morale non sono stato rimborsato ho perso tempo e preso freddo Poco professionali e poco attenti al cliente Altra nota dolente location poco illuminata e dopo una certa ora un po' lugubre A mai più la sconsiglierò a tutti

La localisation est top les abords très sympas et calmes mais dommage qu il n’y ait pas plus d entretien dans les chambres et du ménage plus régulier

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno Struttura moderna immersa nel verde, ottima colazione in zona a vetrate e buona varietà. Staff molto gentile, abbiamo scoperto il centro storico di Sarzana pieno di localini molto carini, un ottima scoperta!

Our first impression of Le Village was very good- an out of town respite where we could relax around the pool. But in the evening, there was no water in the apartment. Later, cold water was available. No hot water for the rest of our stay. The only solution the staff suggested was for us to heat up a pan of water that 4 of us should use. We could not take showers or clean up. This is a totally unacceptable response by management.
Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but the lack of hot water and the lack of an acceptable solution from management ruined our stay. We would not recommend.

Bella struttura, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bella struttura e relax assicurato. Molto gentile lo staff. Orari colazione dalle 8.30 un po' stretti per chi deve partire, in ogni caso il personale della reception ci ha consentito di effettuare prima la colazione. Bravi

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'ambiente e dall'accoglienza. Personale estremamente disponibile e professionale, alloggio pulitissimo e ben accessoriato. Parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Con pochi passi eravamo in piscina e al buffet colazione, per altro di ottima qualità. Se ne ricapiterà l'occasione, ci torneremo sicuramente

Bellissimo appartamento. Moderno, super pulito e super accessoriato. Posto auto, tavolo per mangiare fuori. Splendido. Con il mio compagno vogliamo tornarci di nuovo anche con la piscina aperta. Signora super gentile e disponibilissima. Grazie di tutto
