"I had an absolutely lovely stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Como. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The hosts were proactive in reaching out before my arrival, letting me know I could check in anytime and that I could contact them whenever needed. This made the whole experience very reassuring, especially as a solo traveller. Upon arrival, the couple were incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage, which I truly appreciated. Lucia, in particular, was amazing. She took the time to walk me through what to see and do around Lake Como in great detail. You can really feel her passion and pride for the area, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. It felt very intimate, and I enjoyed chatting with the hostess each morning. The savoury breakfast was authentic and fresh, and something I could never find back home. It was such a treat. The room was cleaned daily, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout. What stood out even more was the level of care. When I injured my ankle during the trip, Lucia kindly provided a cold pack and offered additional help if needed. That level of thoughtfulness really meant a lot. The location is also perfect. It is directly opposite the station, less than a 5-minute walk, and very convenient for getting to Varenna and other nearby areas. Despite being so close, I did not hear any train noise at all during my stay. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience. Warm hospitality, great location, and thoughtful touches throughout. I would absolutely stay here again."

"beware , the beautiful resort photo is a fake . the actual is shown . we paid for a lakeside resort we got a 3 star hotel beside the main road with no view and small old rooms . i appreciate the 1 day refund but we didn’t really get any sleep on our roadside room with so much traffic noise , the toilet and shower was too small . and please don’t say it’s not your photo , it’s very obvious - just apologise and offer a full refund"

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel wasn't positive from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival, we rang the video intercom to let our car in and unload our bags, but were told there was no space and that we couldn't even park in front of the hotel, as it was a through road. In fact, we checked in via the video intercom, without opening the parking barrier. We were then asked to park about 2 km away, walking to the hotel—a decidedly inconvenient and unexpected situation for a 4-star property. Once we arrived at the hotel, despite our stay having already been paid for, we were asked for a credit card as a deposit, something I'd never experienced before and which hadn't been clearly communicated. The room we were assigned was very disappointing: it felt more like a functional bunker than a hotel room. The bathroom had several problems: • Leaking showerhead, no bidet • Malfunctioning faucet (water either coming out too hard or not at all) • Open shower that completely flooded the bathroom The room was cold upon arrival, and the heating was only turned on when we entered. It lacked any comforts: no coffee maker, a bare, unwelcoming environment. Overall, we felt unwelcome, and the room was absolutely not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience."

"BEFORE you book , ask owners if construction / building work opposite has been completed. Train station is being upgraded this means it’s very noisy from heavy machinery from about 07:00 till quite late at night. We were only informed by owners , once we had booked and fully paid, which felt perhaps they should let people know BEFORE they book, fortunately we were only there for 2 nights. The noise from the trains and cars on road outside can clearly be heard , especially as balcony door doesn’t close."

"We celebrated our wedding in August 2023. The venue is fantastic, with several locations that one can freely choose, food is very nice and they readily accomodate special food requirements. They offer rooms that they keep open for the wedding guests, if needed. The staff was very helpful even for unusual requirements: handling the dog during ceremony, borrowing umbrellas (it was a rainy wedding) and helping out with really any need that came up. Additionally, they are very flexible in terms of planning, we changed our mind during the process more than once, and on our wedding day the weather was unstable: they were supporting in changing location within the Oasi even with very short notice. These are just a few of the truly positive experiences, apart of the surroundings: the location is very well maintained with attention to details and of course the nature itself offers a beautiful scenery."

"The place is lovely and cozy, located on the lake, closed to Lago di Como. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive , ready to help with whatever needs. All of them were exceptional, but Tomaso from the guest service and the waiters make this place special. The breakfast was delicious, with freshest possible greens from their garden. We could even enjoy the spa and relax after a golf round and enjoyable walks in Varenna. I am traveling quite a lot, but this hotel I can say for sure, makes a difference and they know what hospitality services mean."

"The property is clean, and although the furnishings are a bit retro, the overall atmosphere is homey and pleasant. The lady who runs this hotel is truly kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The hotel has a small outdoor parking lot in front of the building, which was very convenient. Breakfast is varied and offers a wide selection of both sweet (brioche, various cakes, etc.) and savory (eggs, cheeses, etc.) options. Prices are average, considering we're located in Bosisio Parini (a 5-minute walk from Lake Pusiano). Recommended for a quiet, relaxing weekend."

"Went here for dinner. Great setting. That's all that is positive about it. Massively over-priced - €5 each for the cover charge, €9 for a bottle of water, €10 for a small beer. Very average food, very average presentation and far better restaurants across Varenna. Definitely one to avoid."
