Hotels Near Diga del Lago di Fiastra in Province of Macerata

I was a guest of this hotel from 13 to 18 August and I was really wondering how you could manage such an activity! I had requested a water massage suite by email, as on the site it talks about bath and some with water massage suites, they answer me that there is no problem but when I arrive, they tell me they have wrong and they have no water massage rooms. Patience, I go beyond, but come to the room with a two-month child, I find dust everywhere, I present it and they're working to clean it. The whole room has never been cleaned, the suite, which they sell as such, is a simple family room: there is no room and there is no separate environment that must have a suite to be such! Finally, and perhaps worse than anything, the phone was placed next to the bathroom, without the possibility of unconnecting it, with the risk that making the bath can die lightning, as the bath is very glided!!! At the checkout I remember all this and I feel like to answer, from a very dry lady, ”That's how I can't do anything!” Without any excuse to come to meet us in any way!!! Pure Crazy!!! The lady of breakfast and restaurant is only a positive note: really nice and sympathetic!

The building is not far away from the exit of the motorway and about 2km walk from the various bathrooms, we found a staff so friendly, so familiar to envy the great hotels. The clean rooms,the cleaning staff do good work;the air-conditioned rooms that work HEAT,and with hot qst there is a need;in the nearby structure,the fuel supply station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air-conditioning station3,the air Supermarket,tabaco,etc... Also for those who enjoy the service MEDIA PENSION,the structure that is convened with some restaurants,the food/diner advice from BEER STRO,you will hear at home and cocktailed!!! The structure is not very pretentious,but it makes you feel comfortable and at home,I want to thank you.The owner of the.structure,which the.night before departure, offered us the glass of the staff.Thank you very much for your hospitality and professionalism.

I have been coming to this hotel pre-pandemic for 6 years. It is Gem ! The owner is a renowed chef that has cooked for many celebrities including the king of jordan, the Prince of Monaco , Ronaldo , Vieri , etc.. The food is not only excellent but is surprisely affordable . In fact i was surprised to find out that it is cheaper than restaurants along the lungomare. The rooms are very nice and very confortable and very clean. The staff is the same as the one pre-pandemic and that tells me that they took care of their staff during those difficult times. A gem on the Marche!!!

We booked 2 nights in Life Hotel, expecting a 4 star experience reflected in the cost - €150 per night including breakfast. It fell well below our expectations, worst of all being dinner in the restaurant on the night of our arrival. The real positive of our stay was the breakfast and the staff working at that time - they were wonderful. Our room was comfortable but lacked anything that could be considered 'deluxe' - apart from the fancy lighting system perhaps and a really good shower. The bed was comfortable. A large balcony in our room had 2 upright chairs and a coffee table with an ashtray - more relaxing furniture would have made it a place where you could chill out, watching the sea. There was no such zone to be found anywhere in the hotel. The lowest point was dinner - don't order the hummus as it's a tiny portion and not hummus at all but puree chickpeas with not even a hint of tahini. I ordered fish - branzino gratinato - it was terrible, could have been frozen but was definitely over-cooked. My husband had ravioli most of which was uneaten as it was like cardboard. The side of vegetables was also a sorry affair and went back almost untouched. All of which drew no comment from the waiter - service was perfunctory at best. When we complained to the reception staff they smiled and nodded, nothing more. And then on check out, I was informed that there was an extra charge for parking in the hotel garage - it was the first time I'd heard of the charge and in a hotel asking €150 per night I would have expected it to be included. The spa is also extra, by the way. So, if you're looking for 4-star standards look elsewhere. (we had a fabulous meal in hotel Bianchi Nicola on our second day).
