Poco conosciuto il complesso offre piccoli pulitissimi appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario per sentirvi immediatamente a casa. chiavi in mano! Dovete solo farvi la spesa, il che significa libertá assoluta di orari e scegliere se tuffarvi in piscina o nell'idromassaggio...Economico pratico accogliente. Stanza x Lavanderia sotata si tutto.. Nascosto come una perla fra stradine bianche di campagna è curatissimo e Affaccia su una dei piú bei paesaggi delle colline machigiane, tramonti mozzafiato. Da tenere d'occhio.

Appassionato di ciclismo siamo venuti nelle Marche per la prima volta per accontentare la mia voglia di fatica e quella di relax si mia moglie. Operazione riuscita in pieno. Le colline marchigiane hanno soddisfatto il mio desiderio, mentre la struttura è stata perfetta per creare i giusti presupposti per un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Struttura eccezionale per ambienti, pulizia e forniture. La piscina, una perla, ha alleviato egregiamente la calura di questi giorni. Pulita e ordinata. Tanti piccoli dettagli presenti nella struttura che se non ci fossero non ne noteresti la mancanza, ma dal momento che ci sono non puoi che apprezzare. Una parola di encomio per i titolari gentili sorridenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta (se lecita). Accettati i cani senza problemi che si sono subito sentiti a loro agio. Dintorni assolutamente da visitare, Treia, Montecassiano e tanti altri siti che meritano attenzione. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente

location is excellent, in the middle of the hills of the Marche and close to the artistic town of Macerata (just 19min drive). Within range you can find all sorts of touristic and religious sites. The sea is 40drives away. A Must see in the area are the stunning Grotte di Frasassi (one of the biggest caves in Europe). Marche has a lot to offer for tourists of all ages, and this locaction fit well to reach many sites just within an hour drive. It is a very peaceful and pleasant environment, just what we needed for our extended family of 18 (composed of various ages 1.5years to 70years). Each family had their own apartment, all fully equipped and with AC (which is a real asset as it can get really hot during summer). Swimming pool is functional and refreshing, there is also a small one with jacuzzi. There is a small play ground for kids, you can play boules and foosball, have nice walks in the beautiful hills, enjoy stunning sunsets and sunrises. Wifi coverage is good and free. Living just next door, the owners were great, very helpful and ready to act as soon as a request would be placed. NB - this is not an hotel, it more of a complex with houses being rented (fully equipped, with kitchen, fridge, linen etc.). In the surrounding there are plenty of options to dine. Loved it.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 7 notti.L'appartamento che ci è stato dato era AZALEA a piano terra così composto: cucina enorme con divano letto, camera matrimoniale e bagno cieco. Arriviamo e veniamo accolti da Silvia e suo marito, 2 persone estremamente cortesi e gentili......La casa è graziosa ma riscontriamo da subito "piccole" pecche.Un forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno che purtroppo ci accompagna x tutta la settimana,polvere e ragnatele ovunque(segno che la casa non fosse abitata da molto causa Covid) Una bella pulita 2 ore prima del nostro arrivo l'avrei gradita. Letto scomodo,acqua che scorre con molta lentezza e a tratti fredda da impedirti di fare una doccia come si deve. Fatto subito presente a Silvia questi disagi ovviamente. Se ritornerei ancora al Giardino degli Ulivi? Non credo e non lo consiglierei,la struttura ha grandi potenzialità ma non valorizzato come dovrebbe. La vista incantevole e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa sono qualcosa che non scorderò assolutamente,ma solo questo NON basta !
