L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro di Parma e dlla zona fiera. Non è facile da trovare perchè si trova alla fine di un lungo viale interno e l'insegna è parzialmente ostruita dsi rami. Si tratta di una cascina ben ristrutturata a fuianco di un'azienda produttroce di latte e formaggio per cui all'esterno aleggia un odore non proprio piacevole che però all'interno non si sentre più. La reception è piccola e soprattutto fino alle 16.30 si rischia di trovare chiuso. Le camere sono molto carine con pietre a vista e mobili funzionali, bagno grande con vasca triangolare, peccato per la mancanza della doccia. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. prezzo in linea con l'offerta

This charming and quiet hotel is very well located. Service was very good and the room was nice and clean, although it was smaller than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dated and small, so I would say the value for money is not the best, hence why I am not giving 5 stars. But I would still recommend this hotel and I am happy with my stay overall. Breakfast was good, with many choices of sweet or savoury food.

Visited this hotel on occasion of Cibus. Hotel is nicely presented, although is located outside Parma town. Rooms are ok, not too small but neither big. Good bathroom. Restaurant: breakfast ok, good choice of yogurts, juices and English breakfast too. Dinner: good a la carte menu plus salad buffet

The elevator is also poorly maintained, shaking and shaking like it is going to fall down, there is no chance to ride in the morning, each layer of light is on, the speed is very slow. The location is not bad, the supermarket is downstairs, not far from the shopping village, the room is big enough.
