This was a not a nice experience - no windows as showed in their overview - only 1 velux high in the ceiling that you cannot touch. The rooms are so small that you cannot pass the bed and cupboard. The woman at reception was not friendly when told.

Hotel assolutamente non all'altezza di un vero 4 stelle, mancanza di cura nei dettagli, colazione insufficiente come qualità e varietà di scelta. La pseudo piscina utile solo per i piccioni ed evitate la camera con vasca idromassaggio e sauna, essa è solo una buca nel pavimento, pericolosa ed impossibile da usare. Pulizia sufficiente

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms spotless and cleaners did a fab job. Dinners great, however breakfast left a lot to be desired. Head server and pony tailed young lady were extremely rude when we dared ask for hot coffee or water. We were told if everyone came down at the same time water and coffee would be hot, despite breakfast listed as 8.00 -9.00am. These 2 members of staff made breakfast a real challenge for our group and prevented a 5 star review.

Beautiful property 5 minutes drive from Assisi. The room was very comfortable, bed very comfortable and spacious. Very friendly staff, no negative comments. The structure is completed by a very appreciable restaurant. Also recommended for the location

I was in this hotel for New Year's Eve and I am fully satisfied with everything. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, impeccable service and super cuisine. I will happily return. Compliments to the staff for their preparation and kindness. P.S. the dinner was excellent as was the evening's entertainment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great service. Only downside were the pigeons bathing in the swimming pool, which deterred us from swimming.
