Siamo in un gruppo di 16 amici a cui piace giocare a carte e quasi ogni anno ho l'onere ed il piacere di organizzare dei weekend lunghi per combinare il gioco al turismo enogastronomico. L'organizzazione non è mai semplice anche perché è un gruppo abbastanza esigente ed eterogeneo. Quest'anno ho scelto questa struttura ed al termine del soggiorno.. tutti i partecipanti sono stati entusiasti del castello. Grazie al supporto e la professionalità di Giacomo, che saluto e ringrazio, tutto è andato benissimo e le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco e le nostre camere (junior suite e deluxe) erano tutte molto belle ed ognuna aveva un suo fascino. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante con la formula mezza pensione ed il cibo oltre che vario è sempre stato ottimo ed abbondante. Infine vorrei ringraziare tutto lo staff del Castello della Baccaresca, il personale del bar e del ristorante che hanno sopportato la nostra confusione e quello ai piani per avere curato le nostre camere. Grazie e complimenti a tutti! Ci rivedremo sicuramente...

Un luogo incantevole dove tornare appena possibile, scoperto per caso questo bellissimo albergo in un angolo di paradiso in mezzo alle colline umbre si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa per la cura dei dettagli e la cortesia del personale che ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio.

Siamo stati molto bene. Personale molto cordiale. Menù per la cena buono ed abbondante. Camera accogliente e molto bello l accesso diretto alla torre. Unica pecca la brandina messa come terzo letto sulla quale mio figlio non ha voluto dormire perché troppo scomoda. In ogni caso esperienza da provare.

Rispettate tutte le aspettative. Junior suite confortevole e comoda. Il ristorante veramente ottimo ed il personale gentilissimo, in particolare quello addetto alla sala. Sto già provvedendo a prenotare nuovamente. Mia moglie ed io ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati.

Struttura incantevole immersa nella natura. Mantiene il suo antico fascino nella sua elegante semplicità. Avevo scelto la tower suite che non ha deluso le mie aspettative, anzi le ha superate, è stato fantastico poter godere di quel panorama! Camera calda con un letto super comodo. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff, cena buonissima e molto piacevole anche la colazione con ottime torte fatte dallo chef. Esperienza che rifarei di sicuro!

Situato nel nulla, in mezzo ai boschi, trovate questo antico castello sapientemente restaurato. Ambienti accoglienti e caldi, stanze semplici ed estremamente pulite. Noi abbiamo provato il ristorante e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, buono il vino e di qualità le pietanze servite; forse il servizio un pochino lento.. ma tanto non avevamo nessuna fretta! L'indomani mattina la colazione è stata una bella sorpresa, torte e dolci fatti in casa veramente super.. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo!!
