Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Alessandro Della Spina fell short of expectations. While the location and exterior of the hotel seemed promising, the reality inside was quite different. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the overwhelming presence of black mold. Dark patches covered the walls and ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom, making it challenging to relax and enjoy my stay. In addition to the black mold issue, cleanliness was a concern. Dust and grime were visible throughout the space, indicating a lack of thorough housekeeping. This, combined with the mold problem, created an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Furthermore, the hotel's amenities did not meet expectations. The wifi was unreliable, frequently dropping out, and the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. Opening the window for relief only led to increased noise from the hotel's car park. Overall, my experience at Hotel Alessandro Della Spina was deeply disappointing. Despite its attractive exterior and convenient location, the presence of black mold and subpar cleanliness standards overshadowed any potential positives. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.
