Excellent new structure, welcoming and a few km from Marina di Ragusa. Large, modern-style rooms with bathrooms featuring a large shower and complete courtesy set. Good breakfast, full of desserts with various fillings. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located along the road connecting Ragusa and Marina di Ragusa which is approximately 12 km away. To get around, therefore, you necessarily need a vehicle. The facility is very nice, with a large swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar. It has large spaces, including an amphitheater for shows and a large free internal car park. The rooms are spacious overlooking the swimming pool (ours) and the bed is very comfortable with topper. 42" TV and air conditioning adjustable by guests. There is also a small fridge with two free bottles of water and, in the bathroom, the usual accessories. The breakfast buffet is truly fantastic, especially for those (like us) who like dessert and fruit in the morning.We found, in fact, various sweet specialties with cream and almonds and fruit of different kinds. In conclusion, a great stay even if only for one night but we would have liked to have been able to stay for a week. Not recommended for those who do not have a car and travel by public transport.

We had this as one of our stops for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. No traffic sounds and very peaceful. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was well organized and clean nice decor. Would recommend it to anybody who wants time away from hurly burly. We didn't have time to experience the pool or spa unfortunately.

Siamo stati in struttura per usufruire di un voucher che abbiamo prolungato per un giorno godere al meglio dei servizi. Il personale è molto gentile, la colazione non è ricchissima e degna di un quattro stelle ed ahimè la camera carina ma ha peccato di pulizia ( polvere su tutte le superfici ). Il chiasso alle prime ore della mattina è una forte lecca per chi desidera rilassarsi almeno fino alle 8 di mattina.. la spa è molto piccola e forse nella sfortuna non abbiamo neanche potuto goderne al 100% in quanto la jacuzzi era non funzionante per il 90%. Il posto avrebbe molte potenzialità ma deve assolutamente crescere

Licht: Schöne Lobby, schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten. Sehr grosser wunderschöner Garten. Schatten: Das Abendessen war ausser der Vorspeise nicht fein. Die Bedienung rüpelhaft, knallte die Teller und die Flasche Wein lieblos auf den Tisch. Sie brachten alles in grossem Tempo, um möglichst schnell die Sache hinter sich zu bringen. Frühstück ähnliche Atmosphäre und Buffet so la la.

Hôtel qui pourrait être top, il est grand, les chambres sont spacieuses mais le personnel est particulièrement désagréable, ce qui dénote avec la chaleur habituelle des siciliens. On a en permanence l’impression de les déranger. La plupart ne parlent pas anglais, ni français mais ne font aucun effort pour essayer de comprendre les demandes. Nous avions aussi choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine qui était fermée (soi-disant pour des problèmes d’algues mais clairement elle n’avait pas encore été ouverte alors que nous étions en avril et qu’il faisait plus de 25degres - ce qui nous a été confirmé par un autre membre du personnel ;( ). C’est un centre de conférence. Vraiment pas pour les tourismes. Le petit dej aussi est très décevant pour un 4 étoiles: gâteaux secs, fruits pourris, peu de réassort quelque soit l’heure, il faut redemander du jus, des assiettes, … chaque fois avec un gros soupir de la part du personnel. Vraiment beau potentiel mais gros souci de gestion.
