The room (for when called ”small”) was not very small, we found even worse abroad. The courtesy of the masters and their staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The internet connection is quick enough. It is excellent price quality and location (beside Ravenna railway station), which allows you to visit the whole city walking. Beds were the worst. Not so much (and not only) because the mattresses were too hard, but they also felt the mole, but mostly they were at ”ass back”, that is, they were spy on the sides. I risked falling from my bed several times because I was slowly ”moving”. Towards the edge of the mattress. Synd the washing was broken. All this we say in the heart of the heart because the living was overall positive.

Excellent hotel in every way. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. I inquired as to the name of a beautiful tree at the entrance to their inner garden. The young lady at reception didn’t know but when I returned several hours later she had all the info about this lovely Judas tree including pictures. · The hotel was located in the center of the old city and gave easy access to all we wanted to see. From a historical perspective, the hotel is situated directly opposite to all things pertaining to Dante; his house, tomb and museum. Of course there is so much more to been seen around the hotel too. We booked a Deluxe Suite which was essentially a 2 bedroomed apartment with kitchenette and dining area. It was all spotlessly clean and a great sense of generosity by means of the utensils, equipment provided. It was obviously well thought out to ensure that 'at home ' feeling which we felt immediately. The full sized fridge was generously stocked with the essentials of milk, fruit juice, butter and bottled water to get us started. The complementary breakfast consisted of a selection of cereals, cakes, biscuits crackers and dried fruit and some fresh fruit too. The manager even bought us a special Ravenna cake for us. The bedrooms were large with high ceilings and the entire apartment had a feeling of the romantic age of the city. However, as the hotel is situated in a pedestrian area with a few restaurants that had tables onto the street below us, it was a little noisy at night. It didn't bother us. In fact I enjoyed going to sleep listing to the clang of wine glasses and the sound of the melodic Italian language as people enjoyed the freedom to share once again. Being non meat eaters, we found excellent vegetarian and vegan restaurants within walking distance which was a real bonus for us. In all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reunion Hotel and have already planned our return visit.

L hotel è situato in posizione centralissima comodo per visitare la citta. L hotel sembra ristrutturato da poco le camere non sono particolarmente spaziose ma comunque comode e dotate di ogni supporto e funzionalità. La forza dell’hotel sta senza dubbio nel personale. Ho viaggiato con un gruppo di amici e non ho mai trovato personale così disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta non ultima la possibilità di anticipare di mezz’ora la colazione del mattino. Complimenti a tutti ed in particolare al sig Marco in reception. Sicuramente tornerò al Byron. Consigliatissimo.

The B&B Hotel is in a residential area of Ravenna, 5 minutes to the centre of the city by bus or a 30 minute walk. There is a large free car park. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small bathroom, all modern and functional. The compact buffet breakfast area was well organised with a reasonable supply of cereals, cold meat, cheese etc. and self-serve tea and coffee from a machine. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beer and soft drinks were available from a vending machine. Several family restaurants and cafes were within walking distance.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e il giudizio è sostanzialmente molto positivo anche se qualche appunto va fatto. La Hall dell’hotel moderna e veramente bella. La camera matrimoniale di buone dimensioni anche se il materasso era usurato e da sostituire. Visto che il riposo è importante per un ospite è importante che questi aspetti siano valutati. Bagno grande anche se un po’ datato. Visto il tipo di struttura potrebbe essere rimodernizzato. La colazione è il vero fiore all’occhiello. Per tutti i viaggi che ho fatto in Italia e nel mondo è sicuramente una delle migliori se non forse la migliore in assoluto. Ampissima scelta di dolci (cornetti alla crema, alla nutella, al pistacchio.. bomboloni.. torte..confetture di marmellate di tutti i tipi..) Per chi come me ama il dolce a colazione rimarrà a bocca aperta. Ottima scelta tuttavia anche di frutta, salato vario e reparto glutee free. Veramente voto 10+. Anche i ragazzi che sono lì a servire super disponili e gentili. Nel complesso se dovremo tornare a Milano Marittima questa sarà sicuramente la nostra meta.

There are only two holiday hotels in the whole wide world I look forward to visiting: The Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok and the Palace Hotel in Milano Marittima, Italy. For me, virtually all the rest I have been to are plastic palaces with largely disdainful staff, fancy prices and fanciful promises of heaven on earth. On the other hand, the Palace Hotel in Milano Marittima, situated right on the seafront, has friendliness, tranquility, efficiency, cleanliness, excellent service and a private beach (no extra charge), with a beautiful bar and restaurant on it; so sun worshippers don’t have to exert themselves strolling an extra 50 metres to have a delicious buffet lunch on the terrace by the pool. The quality of the food in the hotel is superb and puts the Emperor’s Clothes, overpriced Italian restaurants in London to shame.

The hotel is very comfortable for people who need to find a hotel near the entrance of the motorway for work or need. I haven't enjoyed breakfast so I can't give any judgement. Very clean, quiet rooms (not feeling the traffic of the cars) and quite spacious. I recommend to put at least one more coat in the room. Experience to be made again. I will certainly take back here in my next stay in Faenza

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel e, nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente attento e professionale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e pronto a rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Questo aspetto ha sicuramente contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. La struttura dell'hotel in stile liberty è molto bella. Mi auguro che venga presto realizzata una ristrutturazione che potrebbe esaltare ancora di più il fascino dell'edificio. Le camere, sebbene confortevoli, potrebbero beneficiare di un miglioramento che le porti al livello di un vero 4 stelle. Con qualche intervento mirato, sono sicuro che questo hotel potrebbe elevarsi ancora di più nel panorama dell'ospitalità. In conclusione, un soggiorno molto piacevole, ma con margini di miglioramento che potrebbero rendere questa struttura davvero eccezionale.
