Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata

A very good hotel. The key is the service. If you have any questions before going to the hotel, send an email and they will reply within almost 10 minutes. After arriving at the hotel, all the staff were very polite and I felt like I was at home. The hotel's facilities and furnishings both reflect the Italian style and are extremely high-end. The hotel's private sea water is on the edge of a rock and there is no beach, but the service is particularly good. I think the quality of sea water is average.

Abbiamo trascorso un'esperienza complessivamente buona, durante un viaggio di coppia. Partiamo dalle note positive: servizio e attenzione al cliente decisamente sopra la media, in più fasi: accoglienza, assistenza al parcheggio, ristorante. La posizione della struttura è davvero magnifica e la vista da molti punti è davvero mozzafiato. La camera ha delle rifiniture davvero uniche ed un livello di pulizia impeccabile. Il ristorante è davvero buono, con alcuni punti di attenzione elencati di seguito, mentre la colazione contiene un'ottima varietà di piatti freschi, tipici della zona e di produzione "non industriale" (Caprese superiore a nostro avviso a quella di noti locali della zona). Passando ai punti di attenzione: - La camera: ho prenotato una Superior con vista mare (camera 303), in realtà la vista è parzialmente coperta dal tetto della sala colazione con vista (attualmente credo in ristrutturazione). Consigliamo pertanto di specificare in fase di prenotazione, la doppia possibilità (vista/vista parziale) al fine di migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza degli ospiti. La camera è di fianco a scala e ascensore, pertanto si sentivano le voci delle persone che transitavano nel corridoio parlando ad alta voce. - Ristorante: il menù disponibile sul sito è probabilmente non aggiornato e differente da quello presente in ristorante che comunque ha un livello elevato (il numero di portate risulta essere inferiore rispetto a quelle indicate nel menù online). Abbiamo ordinato 4 piatti + Dolce: Antipasti: Tartare di tonno [...], Moscardini [...]; Primo: Ndunderi [...]; Secondo: calamaro ripieno [...]; Dolce: Delizia al limone. In ordine, gli ultimi 4 piatti erano magnifici, mentre tra gli antipasti non è stato di nostro particolare gradimento la tartare di tonno, preparata probabilmente con tonno "alalunga" (aspetto che sarebbe importante sottolineare e conoscere anticipatamente la prossima volta, ma che non ha influenzato il giudizio). Complessivamente giudico la nostra esperienza con voto 4/5, tornerò volentieri presso la struttura, accertandomi in fase di prenotazione della tipologia di vista presente dalla stanza, in considerazione del prezzo (senz'altro in linea con la struttura ed il mercato, ma considerevole).

Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata is a splendid place on the cliffs of Ravello, an old mill later transformed into a paper mill to exploit the power of the water of the Marmorata waterfall, from which this coastal fraction takes its name. The establishment was acquired in the 1980s and in 1983 it became a resort with a beach club overlooking the sea. That sea inspires everything... Starting with the old navy style furnishings which bring back an elegant and slightly retro environment typical of boats. The owners, great nautical and sea enthusiasts, have furnished each area with beautiful and exclusive pieces that bring to life the a**osphere of a classy yacht. Wherever you look, marvelous Vietri ceramic tiles and floors stand out, as well as multicolored plates, vases and knobs that light up every room with a**osphere and colours. The restaurant always smells good: during the day the air smells of apple pie and at night it smells of prawns and the sea. And every day, at sunset, you just need to look out from any point to get lost in an instant in that infinite blue that merges with the horizon...
