This hotel is stunning. The views, the infinity pool, the service, it's all amazing. Unfortunately our stay was stained as the last night we had money stolen from our bag in our room. I recommend the hotel but please use the safe in room. The management refused to believe it was possible as they trust their staff and I don't blame them for this. Nonetheless it is the only possible outcome. The bill was folded inside two other bills. I left the bag open and in the same place the entire stay, in the room. The staff obviously could see it every time they came in to clean. They left the two bills the 100 was folded inside I suppose so I wouldn't notice. Our stay was $15,000 so the money wasn't important obviously but it is gross to know that they have a thief on staff.

Perfect establishment. No flaws. If you have children, and you’re brave enough to take them to such an experience, they go above and beyond. I had my 7 year old twins there and they provided the best in house nanny’s and pizza classes Ect. It was amazing core memories for our family. The Location is Perfect. This is a gorgeous hotel in a stunning setting with panoramic views, beautiful rooms and communal spaces and exceptional customer service throughout. We had a wonderful three night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is very expensive but if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay here it is worth it. The attention to detail is second to none and it lives up to expectations. I have wanted to stay here for years and it didn’t disappoint, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the beauty of the setting, aroma of the jasmine and flowers is very special.

This is clearly one of the finest hotels in Italy. The location in Ravell is absolutely charming, and is the best city along the Amalfi Coast if you want a 5 star experience close to Amalfi, without the heavy crowds, I’d consider this village. The grounds are like a small castle, gardens, top tier food. However, beyond even the stunning views from the perch of this property, is the outstanding quality of the staff. I can’t say enough about how warm, welcoming, professional, and helpful they all are. Housekeeping gets a special call out for their attention to details. The gents at the front door are incredibly friendly and always their anticipating your needs. I would rate this hotel, in balance, as one of the top 3 we have ever enjoyed in Europe. It’s expensive, but may be worth it for you.

Belmond Hotels are known for their luxury however, Coruso goes beyond this with the location and overall ambience. The pool has probably the best view of any hotel pool in the world.

From arrival to departure, the quality of our experience was exceptional. We were deeply engaged with the Caruso, not just for accommodation, but relied on them for meals, excursions, and local transport. Without exception, they exceeded expectations. Particularly appealing was the grace and calm that exemplified the service rendered. Drivers and shuttles were punctual and smooth. Not one driver sought to impress us by replicating a putative drive on the banking of Monza. We were welcomed like family at the Belvedere and Grill. Breakfasts were wonderful, either in-room or in the restaurant. Most memorable was a full-day boat excursion to Capri. The crew, Antonio and Francesco, were arguably one of the most proactive, charming, and fundamentally skilled crews we have enjoyed on many similar excursions. Memorable, too was a half-day excursion to Pompeii with guide. Like our other experiences arranged by the Caruso, it was managed in the promised 4 hours, bypassing queues and, when able, crowds. While the cost of the experience was high, it was in line with pricing at other hotels of this caliber on the Amalfi coast. In our case, the Caruso delivered all that was promised!
