Épouvantable! Dégoûtant! Nous sommes arrivés tard! J’ai vu les draps propre arrivés directement de la corde à linges, la chambre n’était pas prête! Lorsque nous avons monté nos valises et refermer la porte on a vu un rat gros comme un chaton et c’était vraiment un rat! Nous voulions quitter mais c’était ça où dormir dans l’auto! Évidemment on n’a pas pris de douche ! Un remboursement serait apprécié

Mai trovata una struttura così disastrosa. Arrivati, per il check in abbiamo dovuto aspettare perché il proprietario non era disponibile. Non si ricordava della mia prenotazione e la stanza non era pronta. Nella mia stanza era presente del personale della struttura che è stata fatta andare via e , solo allora, è stata fatta una pulizia grossolana. In tutto questo, dopo essere arrivati, è passata un’ora abbondante. A seguito della “pulizia”, nell’appartamento è rimasto un forte odore di candeggina che mi ha accompagnato per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. All’interno della camera era presente un ragno (abbastanza grosso) che c’era da così tanto tempo che aveva la preda avvolta nella ragnatela. La colazione orribile: merendine comprate al supermercato di bassa qualità ed era l’unica cosa mangiabile (perché sigillate). Nel lavandino un giorno abbiamo trovato dell’acqua ragia e dei pennelli. Un’altra mattina dei cartoni di pizza e delle birre che stavano sui tavoli dalla sera prima. Per non parlare degli spazi comuni mai spazzati. C’era un barbecue pieno di grasso che non so da quanto tempo era così.

Great price, helpful owner, parking on location. Walking distance of sea promenade and restaurants. Only negative is the thin walls so not ideal if sensitive to noises.

E' una struttura con una posizione paradisiaca. Il soggiorno seppur di una sola giornata è stato per noi un vero toccasana. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito e ottimo il wi fi. Il gestore è un'ottima persona gentile e disponibile. buona la colazione. Mi scuso ma vorrei dare un consiglio al gestore, hai una struttura dalle potenzialità altissime, io fossi in te, metterei un po più di ordine nei cortili e nelle stanze. Butterei via gli oggetti rotti, aggiusterei le pareti nelle stanze che ne hanno bisogno, in pratica terrei tutta la struttura più ordinata perchè, come detto, ha un enorme potenziale.

Ho pernottato la settimana del 19 giugno con la mia famiglia. È il secondo anno che andiamo e abbiamo già prenotato per l'anno prossimo. Gianfranco il titolare della struttura è disponibile e gentile pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi situazione. Ha portato ai miei bimbi le uova fresche di gallina ed era pronto a giocare ogni volta che ci vedeva. Ci è stato affidato un appartamento grande e confortevole. Bagno piccolo ma nuovo e con tutti i comfort, due camere da letto e la cucina. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per alloggiare a Sapri, dista solo 500mt più o meno dalla prima spiaggia. Abbiamo usufruito del lido tiki beach convenzionato al beb.

E'il quarto anno che prenoto in questa struttura,ci porto la mia famiglia e sono estremamente soddisfatta,buon rapporto qualità prezzo e disponibilità del proprietario Gianfranco che in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte lo trovi pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Abbiamo prenotato tramite un operator affidabile ma questa volta devo ricredermi. Il titolare disponibile ma solo se era di passaggio. Reception assente , se non una vecchia poltrona appoggiata in un gabbiotto. Scale e porte da rudere. Stanze abbastanza comode di grandezza ma sporche, senza una pattumiera presente, con tavoli arrugginiti, senza acqua calda in cucina, finestre e terrazzi inagibili, letti e mura piene di muffa. Insomma una stella è un regalo. Ok il prezzo basso ma questo tipo di struttura dovrebbe essere chiuso per ristrutturazione e bonifica.
