Club Esse Gallura

We stayed for 10 days in this village, a village full of fun! The services offered are well looked after, excellent cleaning of the rooms always precise, the kitchen could be improved but not bad. Excellent reception service, super available at any time and every need was satisfied. Top entertainment, a special praise to Samuele who made us spend the holiday with a smile, always kind, polite and very entertaining so much so that we could never say no to him!

It's a shame not to exploit the potential of the structure. Negative: poor cuisine, cold second courses at dinner (probably cooked hours before and "warmed up" by pouring a sauce on top), queue to eat a slice of margherita (the only thing edible according to my children), friendliness of the kitchen/dining room staff , constant presence of numerous bees in the dining room, old and poorly maintained structure, noisy room air conditioning, small rooms, telephones that have no connection and the wifi only works in the swimming pool and reception. Positive: beach (especially the adjacent one frequented by nudists), entertainment, recent sports facilities (2 tennis courts, 1 five-a-side football pitch, swimming pool), availability of shuttle drivers, pizza.

Excellent food, comfortable rooms, trained and kind staff.....ideal for families who want to have an ideal holiday......suitable for adults and children. My wife and I relaxed, our children enjoyed the entertainment.....congratulations to everyone

It's already the third time I've been to that resort. This time they truly gave me "VIP trea**ent" to use the words of the manager. Everything was perfect, excellent (and plentiful) catering, excellent and comfortable shuttle service. I will definitely be back!

I stayed in this property with my family during the August holiday period. The holiday, pleasant and peaceful, allowed us to appreciate the magic of the Gallura coast. The location of the structure is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast. A shuttle is also available that brings guests to the equipped beach located within a natural park about 1.5 km from the village. The village is literally surrounded by greenery and the architecture and layout of the houses in the village resemble that of a small village. A touch of naturalness is given by a small herd of wild boars that lives among the vegetation surrounding the village and which "greets" guests near the restaurant area at dusk. The kitchen offers quality dishes: Emiliano, in charge of grilling, will amaze you with excellent meat and fish dishes. The very welcoming reception staff promptly satisfied our requests, carefully collected our reports and implemented remedial actions. During my stay I was able to participate in the shiatsu massage course offered by the village: this experience, led by the instructor Samanta, allowed me to acquire the basic notions of this technique and be able to experience them firsthand. This group experience gave me great satisfaction. The entertainment team is made up of willing and talented young people who manage to prepare pleasant and entertaining evening shows. The area in which the village is located does not have satisfactory mobile signal coverage, to overcome this there are two Wi-Fi areas, one at the reception and one at the swimming pool. A special thank you for their friendliness and professionalism to Guglielmo and Eleonora at the Reception, to Mario for the room service, to Emiliano and Francesca for the cooking and distribution of the second courses and to Mercedes for the cleaning of the room.

Let me start by saying that we are loyal customers of Club Esse. This is the third consecutive year that we have come here to Sardinia to the club esse. 2021 Gallura beach 2022 cala gonone 2023 Gallura beach again. The quality of the food on offer seems to me to have worsened compared to 2021. Always the same things, cooked poorly. We always have lunch out so we ask for takeaway (always the same) Low quality cooked food, salami, cheese. Never a slice of mortadella that I know of. Mozzarella and tomato . Chaotic buffet. We stayed in Cala Gonone, I understand that there is a one star difference, but it doesn't justify all this difference. There is a gulf between the 2 structures. Both in terms of service, quality of food, structure, swimming pool, location, entertainment. Another unpleasant surprise we found this year was the entertainment guys who DO NOT keep the children during dinner. One thing that in my opinion distinguished the club esse was also this mini club service. Something not to be taken for granted that not many villages do. The only positive note are the staff and entertainment guys.

Stay in a beautiful place where you can relax and have fun with the entertainment team (very good) - Places around the village to explore and fully enjoy - Welcoming structure but with some attention/work to be done for green areas

I wouldn't know where to start from the dirt of the rooms or the disgusting buffet with bees, never experienced such a terrible weekend after not having slept all night, uncomfortable bed and endless mosquitoes

Terrible structure, I strongly advise against it, I have so many things to say, to begin with the food is not up to par, always the same and poor quality things, in the morning you can't have breakfast there are bees everywhere even in the juice machine, not to mention that they turn all the wild boars are outside the structure in the evenings and you can't go around, very dangerous especially for children, old houses the doors are broken and you risk staying inside... But let's say that being on holiday the first 5 days wandering around the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia I was very satisfied, on the penultimate day an inconceivable event happened, a local employee (Sardinian) a bald gentleman on the day of the Sardinian evening, since the structure is unable to support an evening like this, like every day I went to get the dishes for my wife and my children aged 5 and 7, he said the same to me with arrogance and rudeness, hey here you only have to take one plate... I replied look there are 4 of us in the room and I was taking food for the my family and for my young children he replied to me that their children take the dishes themselves... TO PUT YOUR HANDS ON THEM... I'll start by saying that my daughter cried all evening for a being that I thought warning he deserves to stay at home and die of hunger... I spoke to the manager but as if nothing had happened he told me what I have to do, I can't kill him... ABSURD... Terrible experience don't go change the structure. .. THE ONLY POSITIVE NOTE to list is the professionalism and friendliness of the 2 Calabrian and Neapolitan waiters, congratulations to you, you are fantastic and you are wasted for being in there... another positive note, congratulations to all the entertainment guys... the rest failed, highly terrible
