Fantastico soggiorno in una location incantevole. Gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari, creatività dello chef... Località strategica per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse nei dintorni. Per il relax, le colline con la tipica vegetazione siciliana fanno da cornice alla piscina con bar.

Che dire, il top! Se volete rilassarvi e godere di una vista magnifica, questo è il posto giusto. Il resort è immerso nel verde. La struttura è bellissima, pensata e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Le camere sono ampie e pulitissime. La cucina ottima ed espressa. Cinzia, una perfetta padrona casa, e Daniele, ci hanno accolte con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, facendoci sentire coccolate e tra amici. Grazie!

Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa.

Non è solo il posto meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, curato nei minimi particolari, con delle villette dotate di ogni confort a meritare un soggiorno in questa magnifica struttura, ma anche e soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità di Cinzia, la proprietaria, che ci ha accolto come se ci conoscesse da una vita. Simpaticissimo anche lo chef e sommelier Daniele, sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta e a proporre piatti sempre diversi, grazie a ciò che viene prodotto in questo resort, come l'olio, gli ortaggi, i salumi, la carne, il vino. Eccellente il servizio grazie alle attenzioni e alla professionalità di Anna. Ci torneremo sicuramente, perchè il soggiorno in questo splendido posto, non può essere solo un piacevole ricordo!

Location incantevole molto curata nei particolari. Immersa nel verde tra alberi d ulivo e da frutto a due passi dal centro ma nella totale serenità e tranquillità del verde. Stanze in monolocali dotate di tutti i comfort con piscina e zone relax. E in ultimo ma non per importanza una cucina stellata con uno chef fantastico pietanze prelibate ben presentate taglieri di salumi prodotti dagli stessi proprietari del resort. Anche il nostro cagnolino ha trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno . Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per chi vuole visitare la splendida Palazzolo Acreide . Fam Previti

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde e nella pace dei sensi. Tutto ben curato nei minimi dettagli. Stanze dotate di tutti i comfort. Accoglienza DOC, la proprietaria è stata davvero di una gentilezza assoluta, disponibile, alla mano e super sorridente! Unica nota negativa è che per essere un resort 4 stelle la colazione era un po' povera ma hanno provveduto alle nostre richieste soddisfando i nostri palati ed appetito! Di sicuro da riprovare nel periodo estivo dato che offrono anche il servizio ingresso piscina e aperitivo all'aperto! Consigliato!

Siamo stati accolti benissimo dalla proprietaria facendoci sentire a casa nostra. Sono organizzati anche per gli intolleranti al glutine quindi, per me che sono celiaco, è stato tutto perfetto. È una location da vivere tutto l'anno ma considerando che ha uno spazio immenso all'aperto, la prossima volta sceglieremo i mesi estivi perché più suggestivi. Le camere godono di tutti i comfort

It didn’t take very long for us to form a lasting impression of this place. Arriving after dark on a Friday evening and parking in the ample parking space adjacent to the entrance, we are warmly greeted by Daniele, who took care of every single detail of our short stay. After a refreshing shower, we made our way to the restaurant, beautifully appointed and with an open kitchen for us to view what was going on. As usual, the menu was supplemented by daily specials, and we dipped in and out of both, ending up tasting at least seven different dishes all prepared and served single-handedly by Daniele. They rear the famous Suino Nero on the premises, something we were lucky enough to experience firsthand the following morning. Their hams, salamis and lardo made excellent accompaniments to both our dinner as well as breakfast, and the attention to detail lavished on the dishes is evident everywhere else you look around. Their home-made wine and olive oil hold their own out against some of the very best in the region, and are hundred percent organic, of course. After a restful sleep, we had a stroll around the entire property, walking past the scattered suites, 10 in all and eventually arrived at the pool area, set on raised ground with beautiful views of the surrounding olive groves in the countryside. A very short visit, unfortunately, but enough for us to decide this is a place that we will want to come back to. This especially after meeting the lovely owners, Paolo and Graziella, and realising how much love these two wonderful people have put into setting up Domus Hyblaea
