Awesome place, beautiful sightsee, very kind and gentle owners, even if a little bit difficult to find. Room is ok, very good internet connection, excellent for business travellers or also for short vacation. Breakfast is continental, enough choice. Reasonal price.

Capito in questo posto di per caso, Tutto perfetto, un grazie alla proprietaria super disponibile. Colazione abbondante location immersa nel verde con un bel panorama. Letto cuscini e lenzuola super morbide arrivo stanchissimo il pomeriggio in moto, riparto il giorno dopo super riposato.

La mia stanza era, bellissima, il letto era morbidissimo, grande, e comodissimo mi sembrava di stare, su una nuvola, il giardino era favoloso, ogni cosa che ho visto mi ha letteralmente, lasciato senza parole, davvero tutto molto incantevole, sono stata benissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo bed & breakfast, ma è stato sufficiente rimanere in giardino fino a sera inoltrata per godere della bellezza di questo luogo. Un'oasi di pace. Panorama incantevole, tanto verde e tanta tranquillità. Alle 8 del mattino la colazione era già disponibile, con le ottime marmellate della signora Pina, pane, cornetti e torta casalinga. Una sosta davvero bella, una scelta perfetta, comoda all'autostrada per riprendere la strada verso casa. Grazie Pina per l'ospitalità e per aver accolto anche il nostro cagnolino.

Posto incantevole, proprietari gentilissimi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel camper e, nonostante sia un pò datato, ci siamo divertiti da matti, siamo tornati ai 20 anni. Ottima accortezza l'idea della doccia esterna e del terrazzino panoramico.

Letto comodissimo, abbiamo dormito da incanto tra il rumore della natura come se non bastasse l'indomani ad attenderci ce stata un ottima colazione con tutti prodotti genuini della casa, ottima la marmellata di more fatta dalla signora che è stata così gentile da regalarci un vasetto prima di andarcene , sicuramente tornerò

Una bella sosta rigenerante per un viaggio itinerante. Gentili e accoglienti. Struttura essenziale e funzionale. Comoda sotto ogni profilo. E poi colazione fantastica! Indimenticabili le more col limone e la scelta di marmellate! Peccato dover partire!!

Di rientro dalla Calabria con la necessità di fare una breve sosta siamo arrivati in questo "piccolo Paradiso".Un beb a gestione familiare in un luogo ideale per un assoluto relax.Vicinissimo al casello autostradale e al piccolo gioiello che è Orte;al crocevia tra Lazio ,Umbria e Toscana .Camere pulite e confortevoli. Colazione molto buona con marmellate preparate dalla padrona con i frutti raccolti dal marito.Persone gentilissime e simpatiche.Qui abbiamo conosciuto varietà di agrumi a noi sconosciute:qualcuno di voi conosce ad esempio il limone caviale?Insomma, un luogo da tenere presente!Ancora grazie !
