Struttura molto bella, personale gentilissimo e attento, colazione super. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Luisa particolarmente attenta e gentile per la colazione senza glutine di mia moglie. Ottimo anche il ristorante di fianco alla struttura. Interessante la visita guidata alla salina. Grazie

Premesso che la struttura merita molto infatti la camera è ampia e pulita, la colazione soddisfacente e la location veramente suggestiva.Ma passo a motivare la mia valutazione. Se un cliente sceglie un relais a 4 stelle è perché desidera pernottare in una struttura che dia un certo comfort. è inconcepibile rientrare in camera e non avere possibilità di rinfrescare la camera in quanto l'aria condizionata in questo periodo non è in funzione. Assodato il problema anche dal portiere notturno che conveniva con me sul caldo eccessivo in camera , mi veniva proposto di dormire con la finestra aperta .LA CAMERA ERA AL PIANO TERRA. Mi viene poi proposta altra camera al primo piano, leggermente più fresca ma essendo senza zanzariere non permetteva di aprire la finestra. Mi chiedo: è possibile ciò in una struttura del genere? Chiudo annotando anche la scortesia della receptionist al ceck out che invece di scusarsi per i disagi mi ha apostrofato, quasi come se fossi io il marziano a chiedere ciò che invece è normale offrire a chi paga 108 euro per una notte.

Appena arrivi l’atmosfera è rilassante. La struttura è ben tenuta, colori bianco azzurro.. piscina, giardino ed esterni molto curati e da ultimo siamo in mezzo alle saline. Le camere sono ampie luminose e pulite. Il bagno in ordine. La colazione è più che sufficiente e si possono richiedere degli extra. Personale premuroso. A pochi minuti a piedi in mezzo alle saline si può raggiungere un ristorante (anche solo per un drink) per attendere e godere ogni sera un magnifico tramonto che vi avvolgerà con sfumature sempre diverse. Posteggio auto. Cani di piccola o media taglia ammessi. Consigliatissimo.

Potessi darei dieci stelle ! Tutto super. Magnifico luogo con un'atmosfera magica. Siamo arrivati al tramonto godendoci uno spettacolo della natura. Il sole che piano piano si adagiava tra le isole Egadi, colorando di luce rossastra le saline davanti a noi, un'esperienza che non dimenticheremo. Se poi aggiungiamo che eravamo immersi nella jacuzzi, superlativo. Ciliegina sulla torta, l'eccellente qualità ed abbondanza dei piatti della trattoria vicina. Consigliata anche la visita del museo del sale, attigua al ristorante. Personale disponibilissimo sia nel Resort che trattoria e museo. Uno dei luoghi che mentre vai via pensi..qui ci ritorno !!

Pur essendo viaggiatori esperti poche volte abbiamno trovato un'atmosfera tanto piacevole. Panorama sulle saline romanticissimo, bella zona piscina. Personale simpatico ed efficiente alla reception. Superfelici di aver fatto questa scelta
