Struttura gradevole appena fuori Trento, silenziosa e dotata di un certa atmosfera piacevole. Colazione nella norma ma alcune dolenti note : nella camera il frigo-bar è completamente vuoto donando un senso di diffusa tristezza. Nel bagno ( di dimensioni importanti) in pratica non esistono asciugamani ed il sapone nella doccia è pressoché terminato ……… con un minimo di attenzione………

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che mi son trovato bene su quasi tutto, stanze belle spaziose e confortevoli, peccato per le dotazioni delle camere praticamente inesistenti, per esser un 4 stelle non è concepibile secondo me, qualità del sonno buona in quanto c’è una buona insonorizzazione, il plus è la piscina e la spa anche se piccoline entrambe, buona anche la cucina del ristorante.

Camera confortevole, molto ampia e ben arredata. Purtroppo il riscaldamento era troppo alto e non c'era possibilità di abbassarlo. Siamo stati constretti a tenere le finestre aperte e abbiamo faticato a dormire. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Trento e le principali località di montagna per fare una passeggiata.
Ristorante buono ma servizio troppo veloce, suggerirei di rallentare per permettere agli ospiti di godersi i momenti di convivialità tra una portata e l'altra.
SPA non molto curata e minimale.

In zona per lavoro, attratto dalle buone recensioni o pernottato in questo Maso hotel meraviglioso vicino a Trento Ricevimento con molta cortesia, camera molto spaziosa e pulita, bene arredata. Cena presso il ristorante dell’hotel, ottima con piatti preparati veramente bene. Se fosse per questi parametri avrei dato il massimo della votazione, ma ci sono due nei . Il primo sicuramente recuperabile, sono le attrezzature della spa (molto carina), con l’idromassaggio funzionante solo 1/3 (una persona usufruisce dei getti e gli altri guardano perché non funzionanti), e i getti della piscina non funzionanti…. Ma la cosa veramente insopportabile al giorno d’oggi è pagare 15 € per entrare alla spa e aggiungo altri 11 € per l’accappatoio e il telo …. In quarant’anni di viaggi per lavoro negli hotel non mi era mai capitato. Per l’argomento spa e i suoi accessori sicuramente politica da rivedere .

This relais is well looked after and welcoming. I really liked the room we were assigned: spacious, clean and with a balcony. We liked the experience itself but we are forced to only give 3 stars due to the breakfast. For heaven's sake, nothing is missing: sweet, savory, juices, jams... But calling it excellent and extraordinary as they have done in the other reviews seems excessive to me. The products such as jams and honey are all packaged, the juices are supermarket ones; Even the desserts aren't that great. When I go to Trentino and especially to a 4-star hotel I expect to find local and homemade products, not industrial foods and drinks. Too bad, I hope they improve in this aspect
