Ottima struttura 5 stelle e personale molto professionale. Per un problema "tecnico" non imputabile certamente all'hotel (puo' succedere) la camera prenotata non era disponibile e in hotel non vi erano altre camere libere. Al mio arrivo il personale mi ha spiegato cosa era successo e mi ha riprotetto in una struttura analoga vicina. E come benefit per il disagio ricevuto mi hanno invitato a cena come loro ospite (cena strepitosa). Che dire... la capacità del personale si vede di fronte all'imprevisto, e il personale della struttura si e' dimostrato molto molto capace. Hotel 5 stelle non solo per le "mura", ma soprattutto per il personale. Bravi.

This is not your typical 5 star hotel. An old villa converted into a hotel quite a long time ago. This is not to say that it is luxurious, but it is very authentic. The villa itself and the restaurant are very beautiful - wonderful interiors, antique furniture, a restaurant with panoramic windows and excellent service. This is all great. However, the room itself was renovated quite a long time ago, it cannot be said that it is cozy, and not at all like in the picture. I had a garden suite. Two rustic rooms on the ground floor. The gardener started working at 7 am, so it was impossible to sleep. The room was quite cold; it took a day for it to warm up enough. The ventilation and heating systems are no longer modern. The location is remote. Nearby there is a small village where there is a pizzeria and a couple of cafes. There is nothing to do here without a car, but if you have one, it is quite convenient to move around the entire region.

We had a very pleasant stay with a group of 32 interior architects from Estonia. It´s a beautiful place with very kind staff. Special thanks to bartender Salvatore for keeping up with all our requests until late at night ;) Would recommend this for my friends and family.

Adorei a estadia neste palácio Maravilhoso da época, podemos tirar photos maravilhosas. O staff não é mto acolhedor, mas só a Natureza à volta dá conta do recado. O pequeno almoço não é dos melhores. Mas mesmo assim comemos com talheres de prata. Fica a pouco km da estação de comboio, para ir para Veneza.

Non ho visitato il giardino e la struttura per la sua interezza ma sembra molto bella.
Posso dire che la camera è mediocre (n.119 convento) specialmente per un 5 stelle: datata, piccola, no balcone, poca luce , bagno piccolo, doccia con muffa e ruggine, soffione doccia da cambiare. Aria condizionata scarica. Non ho usufruito della colazione.
