We only stayed one night, but we got to fully enjoy the property. Friendly and precise welcome, structure finished in every detail, large, clean and well-kept room. The Spa (to be booked) is an intimate and pleasant place for relaxation. The hotel car park is multi-storey, a single level (indicated specifically for Tivoli) is to be paid for separately. Special location in a small and quiet marina with attention to every detail

In February, my husband and I were disappointed with the service we received during an afternoon stop during a walk, so I complained about our experience on Google. Shortly after publication I received both an apology and an invitation from the Front Office Manager to return for an aperitif. We accepted with great pleasure and in March on this occasion we were welcomed by the director, the Guest General Manager and the chef. It was a delightful moment: chatting with you, understanding and seeing how much passion, commi**ent, high knowledge and experience you manage the structure, canceled out the lack of welcome from a single waiter the previous month. We had dinner at the hotel bar. Caesar salad and Fusilli very good, salmon really tasty and not dry. Well done also the Sandwich club. Particular tiramisu, different from what you expect but still good. They also have a gourmet restaurant. If these are the premises we will certainly try it...

I stayed on the night of Friday 2 February 2024 at this splendid property for a business trip to Trieste, proving to be a pleasant surprise. The reality of the structure and the magical place in which it is located exceeded my expectations compared to what I could see on the website. The attention to detail, the splendid room they reserved for me, benefiting from an upgrade and being able to enjoy the sea view, made my stay more pleasant and relaxing. In the tranquility of a semi-deserted winter Friday evening I was able to appreciate the spa, the cuisine (excellent in the dinner, surprising in the breakfast!) but above all the hospitality and professionalism of the staff.
