Posto molto carino e pulito. Ottima la posizione fronte lago. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, cucina a disposizione degli ospiti. Piacevole sorpresa per essere un ostello. Andrebbe migliorata la camera con qualche ritocchino.

Più hotel che hostel…Hotel veramente carino e particolare a due passi dal lago…Ester all’accoglienza sempre disponibile…colazione ottima ed abbondante contorte fatte in casa….stanze spaziose e pulite!

Ostello a due passi dal lungolago di Capodimonte. Molto ben curato nei dettagli. Gli spazi comuni molto belli e funzionali. Ottima colazione dolce e salata. Pulizia delle camere buona. Le ragazze molto gentili e disponibili. Prezzi medio/alti. Un piccolo appunto: il box doccia (da mettere assolutamente)

Struttura in ottima posizione, carina e colorata, stanza spaziosa e personale cordiale. Prezzo onesto e buona colazione. Sicuramente una buona soluzione su Capodimonte dove mancano strutture di livello superiore. Comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito a due assi dal lago.

Siamo stati accolti in questa struttura da una ragazza gentile che ci ha fatto una buonissima impressione. Purtroppo nei giorni successivi la sua sostituta sembrava che fosse in quel luogo per dispetto. Ora non dico di essere affettato, ma un poco di grazia non costa molto. Qualità prezzo non accettabile.

Inaccettabile il rapporto qualità/prezzo: si hanno i prezzi di un hotel ma i servizi di un ostello. L’esterno è così poco curato che l’edificio può sembrare abbandonato. Se non fosse stato per l’accoglienza, la professionalità, la gentilezza e le attenzioni di Silvia ce ne saremmo andate la sera dell’arrivo. La stanza non era particolarmente pulita ma considerando che c’è solo una ragazza addetta alle pulizie non ci si stupisce! Al posto delle reti nei letti ci sono le tavole di legno. Buona la colazione.
