The Cottage room was very clean,cozy and perfect for 2. Hot tub was relaxing. David B was a pleasure always happy and helpful.

We we’re so impressed and delighted during our trip to the Provincetown and our stay at the Brass Key. The property is immaculate and adorable, the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and include so many amenities. There is a complementary breakfast, happy hour snacks, and a homey lounge in the lobby area, equipped with a fireplace. We will definitely be back, and hope to become regulars there!!! Thanks to the staff who treated us like VIP’s.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and I have a new summer dream home. Thank you to everyone at the Brass Key for making my P-town visit awesome! The social hour and bar and Pool and Hot Tub were all a blast. If I'm lucky I'll get back there again this season.

We visited in mid April, and had an absolutely wonderful day. The grounds were lovely, and the staff was so kind and accommodating (thank you, Kenneth, Chase and Tyler!!) We use the hot tub daily, and while we didn't swim, we were impressed that they kept the pool heated to 84° year-round! We did take advantage of the daily social hour from 5 to 6pm in shipwreck lounge. The spread of cheese and veggies, and drinks available, was so lovely and it was great to meet fellow guests and swap recommendations. The location is perfect, room is very comfortable, daily breakfast is great, and we are already planning a visit there in the on-season to enjoy nicer, warmer weather and take full advantage of the grounds!!

The Brass Key never disappoints! We decided to join for opening day as the rates were super low and wanted a quick get-a-way, the hotel look great. Our room we stay in has all new furniture and paint, new floors and an espresso machine. The weather was great and as always Tyler was there to welcome us and Yvonne with fresh coffee at 7 in the morning. Lots of new faces this year but same great feeling from beginning to end! We will see you all two more times this summer. Can’t wait to see some of the new suites when we return.
