Pool and Hot tub were nice. Liked that it was pet friendly. The shower knob was very hard to turn on and off. The shower had used soap and shampoo bottle in it.

Plenty of available parking. Clean rooms

My room was very dirty. The soap used by the previous tenant was still in the shower, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The vent cover on the Heater/Ac was missing and it was very dirty underneath it. The office chair was broken so it leaned to one side. The breakfast was quite special; coffee, cereal, toast, and bagels.....that's it. The Hot tub was decent, however when you turn the jets on they blast ice cold water for the first 30 seconds or so. It does start to warm up after that but the pool is quite cool for a bit. The bed was harder than my liking but that is probably personal preference. I have definitely stayed in worse hotels than this but it's definitely towards the bottom of the list for me.

Hello, I have attempted several times to input my recent confirmation # seen below into your comment form online and it fails to recognize my confirmation #. I just want you to know that in addition to all four screws being pulled 1/2” out of the top hinge plate attached to the door (maintenance came and fixed this) and it would not close without lifting the entire door up by the door knob to allow the door to align with the door casing…it was off by nearly 1” at the top of the door. The shower curtain bar has partially *****ped out the screws into the sheet rock and is on the verge of completely falling off the wall as it sags down by at least 3” inches the middle. The upholstery in the sitting chair was seriously soiled as though numerous persons sweating profusely had sat in the chair over its obvious years of service and the upholstery had never been cleaned. Similarly, the carpet was dirty and cut or torn in several places. The walls were beat up and the mouldings had large chips of paint missing. This facility needs your serious immediate attention as it truly misrepresents the usually good Wyndham standards one has come to expect from your brand. The bedding, although somewhat tired, seemed to be clean. We did not feel comfortable in those beat up and obviously tattered surroundings and left early. We felt quite disappointed at paying nearly $200 for the night. Please give this facility your critical investigation as it is certainly damaging your reputation. Regretfully, Darrel Unrue

I guess you get what you pay for. My room was dirty and rundown. The shower and sink had pink gunk in them indicative of lack of cleaning. Dirty wall, door handles, furniture, ceiling. Everything! I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe surfaces, handles, clean tub and sink myself.

Needs new carpet and bedding was torn. But it was comfortable and great location and service.

I was told to cancel because when I showed up at 3:30pm I was disappointed because rooms were not ready. I spoke my truth and the lady didn’t approve of what I said. That’s why she cancelled my reservation. Still waiting for my refund from the hotel…😡
