1、設施問題多且維修效率極低！住在半山酒店的那幾天是普洱最熱的天氣，室外35度，別墅空調全部都壞了，第一天過來看了一下後沒修好，第二天依舊沒修好，晚上拿了一個小小風扇，一共四間房，才拿一個小風扇，與前台反映，無動於衷，説主機壞了，然後不給出任何解決方案！
2、前台服務差態度囂張！臨走那一天，因為人多且高鐵車次不同，大家離開時間各異，與酒店協商能否延遲到13:00，酒店前台説1分鐘都不能延遲，然後就摔電話掛機，從沒有見過如此服務人員！
3、娛樂設施人員極差不專業！首先説餐飲，到後第一天午餐在酒店，油大且鹹沒有任何雲南美食特徵，早餐見客人多了，紛紛將鮮榨果汁等取消，問其原因，大言不慚説因為客人多成本高？！卡丁車管理人員遲到1.5小時才到，且漫天要價，極其不專業的服務！

環境很好，性價比不高。空氣確實不錯，在陽台上發呆可以坐一天，但房間的安全性不高，有待加強，整個酒店區衹有前門有保安，其它區域任何人都可以進來。

一直想打卡的酒店，到了實地果然漂亮，身處茶田之中，自然清新舒適。房間非常漂亮，住在帆船木屋，設備都很好，乾淨衞生，熱水也夠用。前面看了評論區，還擔心服務不好，但到酒店覺得還挺温馨熱情的，房間裏的小零食和飲料也都不再收費，備品是菲拉格慕的，香味很喜歡，還準備了茶葉和茶具，可以在陽台上泡茶，看着茶田飲茶挺有意境，如果茶葉是密封袋裝的就更好了。在酒店玩了一整天，看了日出日落，參加了觀星和採茶製茶，星跡天文的唐老師、龍老師、鄧老師，非常耐心細緻且專業幽默，孩子玩得很開心。一次非常棒的酒店體驗！
