Simao Manzhen Hotel is really in line with our family's wishes. Coming from commercial Banna, I really feel like going home when I arrive at the hotel. What's especially important is that most hotel TVs require either membership or an app to watch, but Manzhen has both limited and on-demand TVs. High praise! When we go back to the hotel in the evening, the hotel has instant noodles, biscuits, buns, and fruits, which is really considerate... The location of the hotel is usually very good and the travel is particularly convenient. Pu'er's James Coffee is simply great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. I upgraded my room type for free, gave breakfast, and sent afternoon tea snacks on the third day. All staff are polite, good service, great! As a hardcore stew powder, I will still choose James Coffee in the future.

The windows were broken and could not be closed, because all room types faced the street, and large trucks kept passing by. The whistle was honking occasionally and it was very noisy. I moved to another room and the smell was no longer there. The window was still broken and could not be opened, as if it was welded shut. The bed was big and hard for someone who likes a hard bed, and I stayed up all night!

During our stay, some of us were not feeling well. Chen Chunluo, the hotel manager on duty that night, escorted us to the hospital immediately, and she paid for the taxi and registration fees by herself. We would not charge her afterwards, saying that she should do it. The front desk staff also helped to comfort, and the hotel's vice president Liu kept sending messages to inquire about the situation.
