The sound insulation is very poor , as the neighbouring occupant was causing numerous nuisance . The intercom was not functioning and the receptionist was not responsive .

The service attitude of this restaurant is very poor, so you should choose carefully. After arriving on the first day, I found that the ceiling of the room was covered with mold and the pungent smell was unbearable, but the front desk refused to change rooms. If you upgrade, you will have to pay a huge price difference (because they do not match the platform price). A lot of hairs were found on the bed, probably because the guests didn't change new sheets after checking out. Moreover, this hotel does not provide room cleaning services to guests. After I reported it to the front desk, I told the hotel that I had to inform the hotel in advance, but no cleaning service came after I requested it. Locked the room before check-out time without informing the guest. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

It was a very convenient stay at this hotel and the cleanliness was very compromising. Just that the smoking smell was intense by night time.
