Excellent stay as always very disappointed in how pricey everything is there a pint of beer 7.50 and bottle of Prosecco 38 pounds terrible food was fantastic but again prices r totally unexceptional totally robbery

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed here before and had no complaints, except for the Bar prices! This time the Food was awful and over priced but the serving staff were good. The Bar and reception staff definitely need more training in Customer service. We would definitely return to the Spa as we had a lovely day. but not the Hotel.

Nice hotel and spa, a bit weird having to walk outside from the spa to get back to the hotel room. friendly staff and good service. Food and drinks were very overpriced which spoiled it. £28 for avocado on toast breakfast I would expect to pay at the Savoy!
Overall a nice trip but the catering costs spoiled it. I would recommend eating elsewhere

We are booked to stay with you this month with spa treatments. We have booked directly through your website and it's stipulates it is non refundable which is not an issues but also our responsibility to call spa to book. This is our issue we can not get through to anyone on the phone at all. Not even reception at the hotel. We have booked this for a special occasion and is much needed with personal issues going on. We have run out of options to contact you now

I would recommend anyone looking for a quite hotel good for after course revision to pick this hotel. The room are a great size giving you lots of room to work with and the staff are incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Faye (I think I have spelt that correct) she really made breakfast a highlight of the day 🙌🏻

Just came back from a night away for my birthday. Things didn’t start off great as we told our room wasn’t ready just yet even though check in was 3pm. When we finally did get to our room it was spacious and clean but very dated. Nice view of the garden though. We used the complimentary leisure facilities which were nice and clean. We then enjoyed a drink in the sun at the back of the conservatory where our little girl could run and play about safely. We dined in the conservatory for our evening meal, sourdough bread to start which was fine, smoked haddock & leek risotto which was nice and my wife had steak which was unfortunately overcooked and fatty. Service from the front of house staff was quite slow to be honest, even though there was only one other table dining. We were booked in for 9am for breakfast which was very busy and quite chaotic but we were amazed by the hospitality from Faye. She made a fuss of our little girl and even took the time to sort us some discounted tickets for Chester zoo from reception.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are lovely, comfy beds too. The evening meal and breakfast were both really nice too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t use any of the facilities, so I can’t comment on those, but everything else was lovely.

Breakfast was good, was greated by Faye who gave us exceptional service, only our first day but she made us feel very welcomed, breakfast was good overall, good variety of continental and cooked, looking forward to being have Faye look after us during our week long stay
