Very satisfied with our stay at the Parador de Puebla de Sanabria. Spacious, comfortable and cozy room, with great care and attention to all the details. Tranquility and total silence. Unknown Parador, when we booked it, we didn't know if it was going to live up to a 4-star parador. We had a major surprise. A small but cozy parador with very good facilities. Spacious and clean rooms. The best is the gastronomy that offers spectacular, very attractive and varied with a large quantity on the dishes, the exceptional dining room staff with special mention to Angel who was attentive to us at all times and to all the staff of the inn who were attentive at all times resolving unforeseen events and of course very friendly. We will return with better weather because it is very worth it.

After reserving 2 rooms with their advance payment, one of the rooms was taken away from us, after more than two hours of calls to be able to solve it, in the end and because the hotel intervened, they were able to rehouse us in a room for people with reduced mobility which was much inferior to the other room we had reserved.
