The food isn't bad. But it suffers from the lack of hygiene and mainly the lack of friendliness of the staff. We didn't feel welcome and were left feeling judged. It has been recurring when it comes to serving the Portuguese. Quality-price below average, the food is good but the price is outrageous.

The place is beautiful and very well located. The pillows and mattress leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast is not good at all. Option of toast or croissant, orange juice and coffee. They serve it to you without the option of having a second croissant.

We only spent one night
Great location, next to the castle and churches, with views of the river
You can see Puebla walking in a minute
Comfortable bed, comfortable room, with a spacious bathroom and many details, even in the mini bar they leave you with complimentary soft drinks and water
The girl at the reception was very friendly and the waitress who served us was also very helpful. She also warned us that we could not park in the square because you risk being fined.
We had already been to Puebla de Sanabria before and as always a pleasure
And visit the wolf reserve too

Good location to walk around the town. You can access it by car but you have to park further down in the permitted areas. The room is spacious with good views, and also very clean. The two receptionists we have met have been very kind and friendly.

It is located in a nice place but I do not recommend it.
It does not have air conditioning
The Church bell tower rings twice every hour. All night long too.
The bell tower is touching the hotel wall
It is in a very noisy square with restaurants.
The staff is not very friendly.
In the room when you turn off the light switch, all the outlets turn off. So you can't charge your cell phones, or run the ridiculous fan they have instead of having air conditioning. In summary; impossible to sleep peacefully.
It should be noted that it has a restaurant that has very good food. The staff is not very friendly but the kitchen is fantastic.

It is a hotel that could be classified as “charming”, in the town's main square and next to its main church. Our room was very comfortable, it faced the main façade and you could hear all the church bells so, if they bother you, you would have to use earplugs to sleep (they can be requested at the hotel, as we were told). It is ideal for visiting the town. It has a restaurant with a very nice terrace.
