位置在市中心附近，緊鄰一所大學。房間非常整潔，舒適。床比較軟。游泳池不能使用。周邊沒有公交系統，開車或打車比較方便。

酒店環境優雅温馨，乾淨整潔。自助餐種類也不少，而置位置不錯，出行方便，去普埃布拉汽車站打車大約十分鐘。

Todo fue excelente, vista panorámica al Museo Barroco

We were there because I had to undergo some cancer screening tests at the nearby Angeles hospital, normally not really a fun trip. But this hotel managed to turn it into a little romantic outing. The rooms were nice (we had a junior suite because the prices were so reasonable), the gym is pretty decent, the pool is heated, and the restaurant is part of a famous Mexican seafood chain. The service everywhere was friendly and professional. This is a very well run hotel. We are very experienced and discerning travelers, on average we spend some two months a years in our retirement traveling all over the world, so this is not an idle complement.

Absolutely not recommended. Most arrogant HGI in Mexico with terrible LTD recognition. One of those places where the receptionists think they actually own the place and try to berate topmembers  on how the HH works. Done with their fake mediocre upgrades and paper thin walls. Got what you wanted ! Won’t ever come back to that place. The Tapestry MM in Puebla is 1000x better and people over there are actually genuinely nice.

Excellent services, very friendly staff, very nice facilities, very comfortable beds excellent location.
