At check-in the staff stated room rate with taxes was $124. After arriving home I found my credit card was charged $128. I contacted the facility and was informed the additional $4 was "for parking and it was listed on the key card envelope". If you have a fee for a service don't hide it where no one would look. Totally unacceptable!!!

Lady at front desk over charge my cards three different times. I was splitting the bill with someone and she kept charging for full amount. She also charge my card to reserve the room witch was a double charge. Be careful about staying here because the front desk is incompetent!!!

We were in town for two nights for a funeral and did not feel like having to move to another room and dealing with these issues while there. In hindsight, we should have stayed someplace else. I've never stayed at such a poorly maintained Hilton property. Our room (505) is in need of a major deep clean and maintenance. All surfaces including the microwave, refrigerator, nightstands, etc were dirty. The glasses and coffee cups were dirty too. The toilet had flushing issues and almost overflowed twice. The couch is extremely worn and uncomfortable. The curtain in the living room area looks burned on the lower right panel AND the HEATER barely works! We’ve stayed here before but it’s been a long time. Sadly, we won’t be staying at your hotel again.

Well I had to check In suuuper late bc of travel delays and when I got there my reservation was made for the wrong date...the night lady, Stacey totally saved the day because she was able to fix it almost immediately and I was so exhausted , even with the error, she had me up and in my room within just a few minutes. Crazy thing is I left my wallet on the counter and didn't realize , it had over a thousand cash in it and Stacey actually was awesome enough to walk up to the room and deliver it to me ! I was already almost asleep and wouldn't have noticed till the next day! Someone could've taken it if it wasn't for her diligence and attention to detail. Anyway. Breakfast was good also and my room was extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Dirty and in need of a remodel. They checked us into a room that someone was already in. Very concerned about hotel security after that incident . Would never stay here again. Wonder why Hilton lets them keep their name. Certainly not up Hilton standards.

Excellent staff. Especially the breakfast woman. Very clean and nice rooms for the price. Nice pool, fitness center and excellent breakfast. Also coffee all day which is nice. I loved the water pressure and shampoo on the shower wall. Also easy access to 25.
